I really wish I had read these reviews ahead of time before I ordered. I ordered a simple item, the camouflage jacket beginning of June. Here we are a month and three days later and I've heard nothing. No updates no shipping information no tracking number. I've emailed and reached out and I've had no response whatsoever! I feel like I've been scammed! Save your money and your trouble and dont order from them. I really do wish I had read these reviews before ordering... good luck everyone on your transactions!

I ordered a dresss from there site for engagement pics in July. I placed my order in May just to make sure and give it enough time. Well here it is like a week before we and it's not here and was basically told I was SOL they refuse to give me a refund as well. Why did I pay $30 for shipping if it's not gonna be here?!

First of all I had no choice but to give a star! But never again in my life will I purchase from them again! I ordered in May and here it is June 25th and still have yet to receive my package!

They don't know that customers come first! They immediately take your funds, then care less about you receiving your order on a timely basis. I shop online all the time, however I will NEVER shop with them again.

I order some items shoes, jeans and a blouse, they where extremely small, item wasn't as described, when I contacted customer service they basically told me I was stuck with it, they suggested either giving it away to a friend or family member then offered a 8% discount which of course is 8.00. My order was 70.00, and I still don't have items to wear or a full refund. I won't ever buy from them again.

I placed an order on June 1st, received my order, June 21st. I contacted Knowfashionstyle today, June 22nd to return all but 1 item. This situation is an opportunity to prove their customer service; I will keep you guys updated via this review and rate them once my issue is addressed and resolved.
P.S. I really like the shoes and will keep them. I will start at 5 stars and see where we end!

I have purchased from this site and I find that the clothing is a cheap knock off of the items they advertise. The quality looks good on the website, but the clothes a cheaply made. Be sure to look at the fabric because the item may look like cotton and it is polyester. The models and the items on the site look very attractive, but is is misleading.

I do not believe any of them understand English. Been going back and fourth trying to get a refund on clothes that were supposed to be cancelled! However they are not trying to send refund I will definitely be reporting this to my bank and have reported the site.

Made an order on May 24th Seller ignored me until I started chat via PayPal. Emailed me saying my item was out of stock which should've been said and done before now. However told PayPal the item had been shipped. I paid for express shipment for 6-10 days and June 2nd is the 10th day. Its currently June 12th and my shipment is still in China. I want my money and I'm not going to be scammed as they've done everyone else

They ship through fedex and if fedex mess up and you don't receive your clothes or if they were stolen fedex will tell you they don't deal with smart post through knowfashionstyle you will have to contact the shipper which is knowfashionstyle and they don't want to compensate you in any kind of way I'm still trying to get my money or the clothes back that I purchased instead of them texting or emailing back and forth they need to take care of their complaints and Bella had the nerve to tell me maybe my family and neighbors can help me collect collect what my clothes were stolen collect what she never did answer back this company is sad their sad their sad.

Need to get all of us together and file a class action suit on these people and shut them down and take everything back. Possibly have criminal charges brought up on them. I want my money back since my stuff never showed up worthless prices of $#*!

May 24th I purchased three products from no fashion style I paid expedited shipping which is 2 to 6 days of course it says because of covid they may delay but you not advertise expedited shipping or faster shipping when you cannot deliver I paid $51 in expedited shipping my total came up to $97 I didn't receive my item until June 4th 2021 today I received it opened and one outfit inside I am still waiting on two other outfits or a refund which I asked for a refund for my expedited shipping that I did not receive which should have been $25 but they just kept responding on WhatsApp saying just be patient just be patient and not trying to give me a refund

I ordered a outfit and a pair of sneakers to match for my birthday and my birthday was the 21 last Friday ordered the merchandise the entire week before and I payed extra for early delivery and NOTHING AND STILL NOTHING

Love This dress. It is definitely true to size. And it feels so comfortable. It feels like a cool cotton very nice dress very form-fitting.

I got my package and trust me its beautiful. The fabric quality is rich. It's not cheap at all. Recomend

This is my third times bought the clothes from this site, the quality is just what I was expecting

I have the blue one, and I love it... I order a lot off of here and everything was true to size... really pleased
