I paid $49 dollars for 3-5 day shipping it came 6 weeks later and sizes were wrong color choices in clothing were disregarded and customer service just kept saying their working on it. 15 days after my order it still said processing their fore my $49 shipping fee should have been returned. Extremely dishonest company.
Company never shipped order. After 6 weeks, they realized that supposedly they had the wrong address on order. So what they offer as a solution? 10% discount off my next purchase? After a little negotiation, imagine that having to negotiate to get a refund, they tried to offer 10% of my purchase price as a refund? Wth? Bad customer service and just a bad experience overall. STAY AWAY!

I gotta let you all know that the day i posted this review that I received my order. It looks nothing like advertised but thankful that it came and the person I bought it for has a great shape like the models who advertise the apparel. She's not as tall but shapely like them. I still won't order anything from them again.

I boughtb8 pairs of shoes spent over $250 I ordered 10.5 when my shoe size is 9.5 and the shoes were to small and the quality was super poor and they only wanted to offer me a max of a %20 refund wth this place is way in china and prolly goung to cost me more then I spent to ship them all back this whole experience was a waste of time and money and I dont reccommend buying anynof their hard plastic shoes

Paid for two items. The items was returned due to the company not putting my apartment number. They wanted me to repay for shipping. I didn't no longer wanted the items. So I requested for a refund. They wanted to take 10% to refund me my money. Which I have never heard of before. Still waiting on my money to refunded and still reaching out to the company. No Response. Don't buy anything from this place.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago still havent received it ibpaid for shipping 6-10 business days when you email they says it's shipped track it its been at 1 location since the 11th of November still have yet to get it bad bad business I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I ordered a pants and shirt in September 2021 I have yet to receive it. I have been chatting with this company since the first part of October and they have continued to assured me that my product was in route.
