The process of purchasing and searching for items was very easy and went pretty smoothly. The price that I was given on this site was way cheaper than competing sellers and the textbook quality recieved surpassed my expectations. The textbook also arrived within the provided time frame without delays. Would definitely repurchase or rent my books for this website again.

I got my book that I couldn't find anywhere else, which is good since I'm doing summer classes.

Terrible experience. Would never try ordering from them again unless you enjoy the slow process. Customer service is a Bot mostly and you have to dig to get to a chat with an actual person. No phone number to talk to an individual. Overall just a run around for nothing. Thank goodness my funds were refunded.

However, more than a week (2?) later, book is still AWOL with just one email with no info/expected date.

Didn't receive the book. Received an email that there was a delay. I spoke with a school counselor about issue. Then I received the book via Amazon with a note "enjoy the gift". I'm sure that wasn't Knetbooks. I sent an email to the company about 2 weeks but have not received a response.

Things I appreciated:
- a reply to my help ticket within hours

Thing I did not appreciate:
-cancelling my first order for security reasons. I ordered 5 other books from 3 different websites on the same day and I only got accused of fraud by you people
-the "$5" oopsie coupon I got only actually gave me $1 off. Not worth it for being inconvenienced like I was
- sending a blanket "did you get your book yet?" emails. Really pissed me off considering it was YOU that cancelled my order and made me confused since I expected the new book to come around that time (a week ago) if I was to have gotten the defunct order I made the day prior. Having all your promotional $#*! emailed to me while I'm still waiting for you to fix your mistake shows me you dont prioritize what your company actually does -SELL/RENT BOOKS-
- the replacment i ordered May 18th was shipped a week later and in now in OH while I need it for a class tomorrow in FL. You're an online bookstore, get good at shipping books and maybe tailor your mass emails a little better, it wont make the company look so slapped together and pathetic.

I was a bit skeptical at first about renting from this website with no knowledge of it whatsoever, but it exceeded my expectations! It was a smooth experience at really economical prices.
