I urgently need to speak to an operator. I have called your customer service line 5 times and the only option I am give is a text box but when I try text it comes up with an error every time. I have attempted emailing and have not heard back. My Kmart order has been "delivered" - with 4 parcels all apparently signed off by me and delivered at my address. Kmart is straight up my favourite place to shop at. They have almost everything - clothes, shoes, homeware, kitchen appliances, toys, etc. Their pricing is great too, most things are under $20. I generally find that their products also have great quality - if not, returns are free if the product is faulty. All you have to do is take it in-store with proof of purchase! Everything in Kmart is sooooo aesthetic, and I always end up buying more things that I orginially intended to :)
My experience with Kmart has been very good so far. No issues. All I've ordered arrived on time and exactly how I saw in their website. I also liked how easy it is to track your purchase.
Great customer service and orders arrive fast and the website is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for by narrowing results by category, price range, brand, etc.
I was so impressed with the service I got that I felt compelled to write a review. I really liked this SITE, Highly recommend this KMART! They deliver the products on time and exactly what i want. My experience was good with them.
Love the k-mart store in Waterford. Great employees and the store is well stocked and super go there and see for yourself. They have so much good stuff

I absolutely recommend this store to all. However the new set up in Hastings NZ, is just not the go. Why have checkouts in the middle of a shop?
Returned an item at the WB K-mart. Huge problem. I called their 1-800 number & the problem was fixed within 24 hours. They could not have been nicer.
Morningstar market, is a good place too go. They have all kinds of stuff cheap. Open on saturdays and sundays. From 5:00am to 4:00 pm. A FRIENDLY PLACES TO GO!
Kmart is best as i bought many thing from Kmart. Products they provides are very good.
I've been ordering from Kmart for years. I always get the correct items, and they arrive quicker than expected. The only downside to ordering from Kmart is that they use UPS as their shipping company, at least for most items. I've had trouble with UPS over the years, but overall I've had a good experience with Kmart.
Bought Bone Kruncher for my 4 yr old son. We Love Him, he goes for over an hr after charging & we have trained him. Totally lived up to my expectation's! We are currently awaiting the Limited Edition Metallic Gold to arrive. I wil definetly be purchasing all of them. The only dissapointment is Kruncher was missing his bone.
Found everything I needed. Not nearly as crowed as the other Dept stores. Very friendly employees
Its a shame they are closing so many. They have good products and great prices.

I got some Leggs pantyhose for 3.26 as the Kmart here is closing. Great deal will be missed
Our Store is closing it doors, I am Sad to see it go. How ever it was in the wrong location--if it had changed locations, I would be in it all the time. Customer service on line and in the store is always good. Better prices with them then Walmart most of the time. I really have enjoyed shopping at Kmart.
