Total rip off and rude. I made a purchase on 12/23/20. Never received my coupons and was told that I can return coupons. How do you return something that you don't have. Stay away from this company. 1/10/2021

Never recieved my coupons and they either ignore your emails or send automated ones that say the exact same thing. They will fill your orders once or twice, then steal your money. Please don't give your money to these crooks.

I have been purchasing coupons from Klip2Save for over 3 years now. They have a great selection, are very affordable for individual coupons and ship fast. I have searched for similar coupon sites but none are as good as Klip2Save for my needs

I have ordered from Klip 2 Save for well over a year. In the beginning they were great. The last 2 months not so much. I emailed them stating I didn't receive one of my orders but I received an order that was placed 2 days after that order. The reply I received was... we sent to this address is it correct? Well obviously if I received my order from 2 days after that one then obviously its correct. I replied to the email that was sent and never heard another word. They didnt say sorry, nothing. The shipping use to be fast and would always receive my coupons in 2 days. Now I am lucky if I receive them in 5. Out of 4 orders in the last 10 days 1 have received 1 order.

Order a few times from this site. Reg shipping is slower than other sites. Last time I paid priority and was missing 5 coupons. Complained and they said they'd ship them asap... I got the missing coupons 3 days later after the sell was over. I asked for refund of my priority shipping and the coupons. All I got back was 1.42 oh and when I said I was writing a complaint they blocked me from ordering from the site again lol. STAY AWAY THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SITES

I have used this company several times without a problem. This last time they forgot to send me 10 of the coupons I ordered. I contacted them. No response. They have zero communication with you. They send emails to let you know about your shipment etc., but once it's shipped, you're on your own! All automated, no response when you have an issue! Now I've switched to another couponing service. Too bad they could have just responded and easily rectified the problem! They lost business!

I've ordered from them for a few years, for the most part good. Then they got sloppy and rude, I wasn't getting all the coupons I paid for. I had a hard time getting them to respond and then when I did they refused to send the coupons I paid for or give me a refund. I finally got a response from Tim and he was very rude. I had two other orders and he just canceled them... I wonder how long it will take for them not to get back to me? If I didn't have to give them one star I wouldn't have...

The owners of this website, *** and his wife *******, treat their employees with a level of quality that is simply horrid. The owners discriminate in pay, paying their single male employee 16.50 an hour while paying their female employees roughly between 10 and 12 an hour. Talk around their workplace is often anti-islamic past a disagreement in religion and into an actual prejudice against arabs and others from the middle east in general. They are also extremely insensitive to the racial climate, the majority white staff discussing their distaste and dislike of black people. Finally, if you have a mere difference in opinion to their treatment of staff, you are met with lies, accusations, and unprovoked agression rivalling that of abuse.

TL; DR
This business is unethical to the point of risking legal action.

Greetings... I've been ordering from klip2save for over a year now... I'm going to very honest... their customer service SOCKS REALLY BAD... But I always have gotten my coupons. I had 2 issues with them... once they sent me someone else's coupons I had to call that person and send them their coupons... then recently I ordered some coupons and did not receive them... I contacted PayPal and got my money back right away...
Always pay through paypal... but other good sites with wonderful customer service is Bargin Coupon Clippers, The coupon carryout and coupon clipped shipped...
They only got 3 stars because they have no customer service

I ordered a batch of coupons to use for a sale this week and was sent an older, expired version of the same coupon (which I ascertain by the reviews here has happened to others as well). I contacted Klip2Save through their website and got no response until I opened a claim with PayPal for a refund, at which point a woman contacted me and blamed the entire issue on me, without so much as a "sorry for the misunderstanding." No response to my reply. Further, I was told two days ago that I would be receiving a refund and I still have not. I just contacted them again and will be escalating the issue via PayPal and/or disputing the charge on my debit card if I do not hear back soon. STAY FAR AWAY from this company! They are scam artists with horrendous customer service.
