I need some coupons ASAP so I ordered Sunday paid for 1 to 2 day shipping and according to them it would be here Monday or Tuesday. Well it's late Tuesday and guess what nothing in the mail, so sale is off and now I don't even need the coupons. I wrote them and of course no response so I guess the thieves don't want to give me my money back. So please do not use these CROOKS... Let me help save your money so you don't end up being ripped off from these A$$ holes...

I have been using this service for several years now and have NEVER had a problem! I will continue to use them in the future, and I will have no problem referring other people to use them!

I ordered a batch of coupons to use for a sale this week and was sent an older, expired version of the same coupon (which I ascertain by the reviews here has happened to others as well). I contacted Klip2Save through their website and got no response until I opened a claim with PayPal for a refund, at which point a woman contacted me and blamed the entire issue on me, without so much as a "sorry for the misunderstanding." No response to my reply. Further, I was told two days ago that I would be receiving a refund and I still have not. I just contacted them again and will be escalating the issue via PayPal and/or disputing the charge on my debit card if I do not hear back soon. STAY FAR AWAY from this company! They are scam artists with horrendous customer service.

This place is a joke. They take money immediately and say coupons have been sent but they have not. They do not refund your money nor do they answer any form of contact questioning them about your order. I chose this site because it was recommended by Extreme Couponing so I trusted it. Now I cant even contact Extreme Couponing. I am contacting my bank tomorrow for my money back. DO NOT USE This COMPANY

I placed an order for coupons this past Saturday. On Wednesday I got an email from them telling me that they were reimbursing me on my PayPal account. If they didnt have the coupons in stock on Saturday, They never shouldve excepted my order. This is the second time this is happened to me. Every time they have an excuse as to why my coupons are not shipping out. Do not order from this company! Now I wont be able to purchase the sale items that I was hoping to get a nice discount on. Had they told me Saturday or even Monday that the coupons werent available, I couldve ordered from another company.

Normally have very great service, but when my mom and I order popular coupons, both our orders get cancelled. We live in different households with different shipping addresses and pay with different cards. I have contacted them before, no response. Today I woke up and my order was once again, cancelled. I contacted them and received one email back about why it was canceled, saying I violated coupon policy by ordering too many in one day. Assuming because my MOTHER and I have the same last name and BILLING address. I haven't changed my billing address on my bank account because I'm just renting a place, nothing permanent, so why change it? My order gets cancelled, then I can't order again because they are out of stock. I never received another email after responding to theirs about my coupons. Super annoying. I have to tell my own mother not to order coupons the same day as me now or our orders will be cancelled. So either one of us lucks out and doesn't get coupons or we both get cancelled orders. Very frustrating. Especially when the limit of a coupon is 12.

Besides my orders being cancelled every time I tell my mom about a coupon being in stock, shipping is fast and my order is always accurate. I would recommend them, unless your hobby is couponing with your mother ;)
