1) When searching for an Item, it would be nice to see all similar items
2) It is currently diabolical to search for previous orders. This could be much improved.

Had some issues to start the machine and I couldn't get any one from Kleen Rite to guide me to the process of getting this problem solved. I wanted to returned it for el full credit and they said that I couldn't because, now the problem was going to be between me and Mytee Co. I called Mytee and the nearest place to fix it was Colorado, and I live in Az. I found a place in Phx 75 miles away. Took it in for repair, they charged me $135.00, my gas and time. Plus I had to canceled 3 details for that particular day. Your customer service wasnt able to handle my issue properly.
They were easy to order and they came right away. I will be ordering from here again

Great website easy to use and to order parts and fast delivery.
I ordered 2 inch vacuum claw nozzles but received 1 1/2 inch claw nozzles. Wasn't worth returning, shipping and handling was more expensive than the cost of the goods.

The experience with Kleen-Rite was much better than your supplier American Changer. We ordered a coin hopper for an American Changer from Kleen-rite and it was not correct. An online order as much my fault as anyone. Called American Changer to see if they had an adapter to make it work and they sent me a part that was of no use, and then said there would be a 25% restocking fee. Called Kleen-Rite and they took the original coin hopper back and (great) and through conversation with American Changer sold the correct one. Shipping from American Changer took a couple of weeks ( not great)
