I ordered a pair of shoe and received one estimated time arrival date just before paying but there was not an estimated date on the confirmation time arrival once the site got my money. I then contacted the site via email bc there is no way to speak with anyone (red flag) and they told me a few days after the 20th. I then asked why the site had a date of April 11th-15th the seller stated he did not know why the site said that. I then asked for a refund bc I was buying the shoes for a birthday gift on the 15th of April and "a few days after the 20th would be to late and due to the misleading info. Needless to say I was told they do not offer refunds. I will never use this site again.

My account number is wchna757, My account has been disabled because they said that I am selling fake product. It is impossible since all of my product come from HKNIKE. Although I provide every evidence to prove that my products are real. They just ignore it. I ask them how they judge my product are fake, they have no explanation about it. I have 12 transaction in their website and NONE of them said that my sneakers are fake and even half of them are willing to give me positive feedback The staff handle my problem is call Greg

Minutes after we heard the news on the tv that Kobe Bryant had an accident and die, I went on line to Kixify Marketplace and purchased a pair of Nike Kobe 5 Protro Chaos sneakers for $249.99 plus Shipping (paid with Paypal). There was 4 pairs left of size 11 and I purchased one. Few minutes later I received a confirmation number along with a Thank you for your order. This was not the end... 2 hrs later they cancelled the order and refund me the money that would take 3 days to go back in my Paypal account. This people are LOW SCAMMERS that cancelled me in order to make a few extra bucks due to the hike of the price.
This pair of sneakers size 11 was now $1,200. They choose to cancel me in order to make a few extra dollars.
I call this Scamming the system and not give a crap about their customers.
BE CAREFUL IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU.!

Kixify.com is a good website if you purchase from 95% or above sellers with a checkmark. I've seen the negative reviews and it's based upon people buying from sketchy sellers with no feedback and selling $199 Travis Scott shoes. John was right about the common sense. Kicksonfire app is the place you also want to buy because that has the best sellers and most reputable on the platform.

If you need help: email kixify kicksonfire. Also reach out to sellers email. If you file a chargeback for no reason you're making the processing 15 times more difficult. A simple ask or email helps.

Shipping times are usually 3 to 15 days. More in the middle. Items come from the USA or Europe and sometimes asia.

All negative reviews seem to be blaming the system type of people instead of self accountability as in doing your homework before purchasing.

I won't lie I purchased a pair of galexy rookie zooms and paid 450 this was 4-5 yrs ago and I received my kicks and they came with all the decal's no issues also a pair of Foamposite 1 all white for my girl and all was good

So the website is a poor layout. I mean it is hard to find exactly what you need and it's important when it comes to shoe sizes.
They only use PayPal. Big negative.
My main complaint is they require you to have a cell phone to verify anything. I did not want to provide them with my cell phone number and asked for an alternative way to verify... Like me calling them. They said the only way is with a cell phone so they may send a text.
So, I cancelled the order. Of-course, it's PayPal. So now I have to wait 14 days to see a refund on my PayPal account which goes back into another credit card; another 7 to 10 days before I see the refund on that card. See what I mean?
Just order from e-Bay or Amazon and save yourself a lot of trouble.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Kixify (frozenKicks) on 3/10/18 and these damn shoes did not ship out until the following Wednesday (3/14/18) and they have been setting somewhere in Poland every since then with NO movement. I have a feeling this shoes are fake and I will be in contact with Pay Pal. So kixify (frozenKIcks) get ready because the shoes are coming back to you. If anyone is reading this do me a favor and don't order NOTHING from this site. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
