Never ever trust this company. Their whole structure is based on fraud, they will lure you with low price then cancel it and get you more then double the price, never trust this company
The company mentioned that will get a refund in 3 months and unfortunately 3 months has passed and no refund. Customer service also avoided my question about when I can my refund. A scam
Absolutely terrible company, I can't understand how they still exist and their numerous frauds weren't investigated and they weren't closed or at least made accountable for their actions.
I bought a roundtrip ticket and after only a few days got email notifying me that airline cancelled my return flight and they're sending me revised ticket with the flight which is 5 hours later than was the original one. This means I miss my connecting flight! I wrote them this flight doesn't suit me and asked to find an earlier time. The response was they do not have control over airline and if a new flight they booked for me doesn't suit, I can make a change by myself, but I'll have to buy a new ticket and pay a full price for it. The fact I didn't initiate the change and that they booked for me a new flight without even asking me, was irrelevant. I tried to appeal to the common sense and logic, but it wasn't the case. All responses I got had the same meaning: airline cancelled your flight, we're not responsible, if a new flight doesn't satisfy you - go and buy a new ticket. I guess if a new flight gets cancelled, there will be another round of buying a new ticket.
It was such a mistake to purchase tickets without reading review about this company. But it was a good lesson and I won't make such mistake ever again. In fact, they don't even deserve one star, if zero ratiting existed, I'd choose it.
They won't fix my passport information on the booking because they can't talk to the airline as a third party. They won't give me a cancellation. The airline won't verify my passport/identity. It's a total garbage trap. BOOK DIRECTLY WITH AIRLINES FOREVER
I booked online on March 5th for an August 4th departure. On June 6th, I received a notification from KIWI that the airline has cancelled the route my flight is on. First rep said they will find me another flight. Never heard back from him. Next rep suggested I request a refund. I did. Response 6 days later was that my flight is non-refundable! I called them and they said that information was directly from the airline, nothing KIWI can do. I called the airline, who immediately said it is 100% refundable and that $988.99 it is going back to KIWI. I paid $1185. 26. Kiwi is keeping the difference as their service feeyet they say they cannot disclose what their service fee is. Clearly it is about 17%, which is the $196.27 difference. I still am wondering what service they provided me, as I see none. To add insult to injury, I have to wait until end of July to receive the less than full refund. AND I have to find another flight somewhere, and be out all of that money in the meantime. NOT cool. At all. Reservation #*******.

I strongly recommend don't ever use this service. This is an extremely pathetic service I have ever seen. DONT EVER MAKE YOUR BOOKINGS VIA KIWI.COM. I booked tickets for 1,200 CHF and after 7 months efforts they received partial refund of around 250 CHF from Airline and they sent me only 115 CHF. Now they are not even bothering to reply me. I strongly recommend you all never ever use Kiwi.com. Save your money and peace of mind.

I came to know in Abu Dhabi check in counter that I need visa to enter muscat. Wizz don't allow connecting flight. I lost total trip Amount. Later I booked direct flight and travelled peacefully. Whoever wants travel peacefully never book ticket from kiwi.

Initially we booked a 1400 flight from KTM to Madrid on a day that the day the banks we're closed and the next day was easter holiday so because of that our flight wasn't really booked/confirmed.
After contacting Kiwi I was very dissapointed that they only are on FB, and never help to understand the situation but only copy-paste standard messages.
NO REFUND at all!
So, i booked another flight (before knowing it wouldn't be refunded or so)
And this site I contacted my bank and the second (1000) also transferred (i have proof) and NO CONFIRMATION whatsoever!
They cut the telephone after 6 minutes. They don't care!
Now I will try and solve this in the legal framework we have in Europe.

Horrible service. Kiwi did not actually book our flight despite having confirmed they did. We were denied boarding and had to pay for a new flight out of pocket. Kiwi's refund didn't even cover the extra flight we had to buy due to their mistake. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
We booked a domestic flight via Kiwi between two cities in Brazil for two people. The booking process went smoothly and normally, and they confirmed our booking. We had both a confirmation email with a booking number and we could see our confirmed booking on our kiwi.com account. My credit card was charged for the flight tickets. Then rolls around our travel date; we arrive to the airport 2 hours before our domestic flight and proceed to the check in window. The airline agent looked and looked and looked for our booking, but couldn't find it. It turned out our booking was never confirmed with the airline. We were denied boarding. We spent HOURS calling kiwi agents and trying to find a solution. No solution was given to us. We ended up buying another flight out of pocket. The aftermath wasn't any better. While Kiwi did offer us a refund, the refund didn't even cover the new flight we were forced to buy due to their mistake. Kiwi was not willing to negotiate with us regarding the refund. They gave no consideration to our money lost or our time lost.
Bought a ticket through Kiwi, could not get a refund, could only get a "good faith" sum (roughly 1/3 of what I had paid) because they do not offer funds per their agreement. Very unhelpful, very sketchy. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.
It was the most terrible experience I have ever had. They just steal your money by booking a flight that doesn't exist. They sent me an email of a confirmed booking from Sofia to Larnaca and then after two hours they send me another informing me that the carriers changed the flight date and timing. The email wasn't clear at all but they provided me with an updated ticket and asked me to follow it. The updated ticket was exactly the same as the previous. After inquiring about it, they assured that it is correct and all timing and dates are accurate. When reached Larnaca I was shocked with a layover of 23 hours instead of 3. In the middle of the night, with 2 kids, I was searching for an available hotel just because they are unprofessional. Also they didn't add the baggage to my flights until I asked them to do when I was checking in. I asked later on for a refund of the hotel, but they considered 20 hours delay as a minor change and didn't pay. I won't hesitate a second to share this awful experience with all people I know. I don't recommend Kiwi.com.
At first. I booked one way ticket from ICN to Honolulu. But then few days later, my departure date had to be adjusted, so I had to postpone my day to leave. In Kiwi.com website, it allows you to change the existing reservation. So I postponed my date to leave and changed the airlines. I switched into one way ticket from ICN to NYC. There were two stop overs (Honolulu and Kona). Even though my reservation flights were going to the U.S., due to the low fare, I had to pay for the baggages I brought. I had to pay kiwi.com for 1 carrier (7 kg) and one checked bag. But the first three airlines allowed me 2 checked bags free because they were heading to the U.S., but then United Airlines charged me 60$ for two checked bags in the stop over city, because the seat reserved by kiwi.com was basic economy. I had to pay first for the first reservation and the second one and request the refund for the first one later. The refund process took 30 days to hear the answer. The answer came back as "the tickets are not refundable by the airline companies". It was nearly 500$ and kiwi.com says it is not refundable, although website allows you to freely change the reservation until 48 hrs ahead of your departure. My travel experience was so so, because depending on airlines, the baggages allowed were different. The customer service is bad, because some phone number never exist (Korea phone number).

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
