This company is a joke, do yourself a favour and do not use them!, been trying for days to speak with someone or just get any response at all and they are ghosts! They will leave you hi and dry!
WORST PLACE TO BUY FLIGHTS EVER! DO NOT DO IT. This third party website is such a terrible service. They provided me with the wrong terminal which caused me to miss my connecting flight and did not help me obtain any other flight they said there was nothing they can do. I ended up having to pay 125 extra dollars to book a new flight that was not even going to my original destination, had to sleep in a random airport and Kiwi still did not help with a new flight. Worst booking site EVER!
I booked four flights, 2 on one day and 2 a month later, with Kiwi because they guaranteed the connection. Then the first flights on each day were cancelled by the airline. Kiwi moved my flights to the day before and then refused to help as, technically, I could still make my connections. I"m not sure how many people can just suddenly travel the day before, but I can't. The originally didn't even offer advice about a refund, they just told me to contact the airline. I did do that, but then I requested refunds on the Kiwi site and got them. The second airline didn't offer refunds, so I lost the money for my second flight and Kiwi support didn't even answer my second email. So I may use Kiwi in future to plan flights, but then I will book them direct myself. I most certainly don't trust them at all.

I'm confused but there is obviously no point chasing this any further. What can I do if they don't even answer emails?
I put my name wrong, and then they said they only could get 10 euro credit, or I had to pay a 30 euro handling fee and fee that the airline would charge. Kiwi worked for 11 years, but they know how much the airline costs to change names. They are the worst website I have never had. DO NOT BUY FLIGHT THROUGH KIWI.COM
This was a complete scam. I had a flight booked with Kiwi that I had to cancel the day before due to a death in the family. Their policy says no refund within 48hrs which is fine, I did not expect to get a refund. However, I had flight insurance that covers death in the family changes. When they requested Kiwi send documentation of my cancelled flight, Kiwi claimed they had no record of it. They did not record the phone conversation, did not keep track that I was not on the flight, and had no idea about my booking and cancellation. I cannot use my flight insurance because of then. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH KIWI.
WARNING! Speechless. I have low expectation in their system to begin with as they are cheap. So I was not surprised anything system glitch, and patiently called their customer service to get problems solved. WOW! Their client care agents act like they are the GODNESS. WORST customer services EVER. Can't think of anything good of this company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
It is a SCAM! Never book with KIWI!
I booked and paid a flight with them (more than 1000 EUR) and 24 hours later they emailed me saying they were not able to issue the ticket and suggesting I get a credit with them for other travels or they would refund me through my credit card, but this will take several days (according to their own words)! So now I have more then 1000 EUR blocked in my credit card for NOTHING... it is a fraud this website!
I am still waiting for the remaining 50% of my refund.
They have no sense of customer service, they don't take responsibility of their own problem.

I booked 2 flights via Kiwi. Com which were subsequently cancelled. I have been awaiting this refund from Kiwi since July 2020! They have used the excuse that they are awaiting a reply from the carriers. Moeover, I believe they are trying to wriggle out of refunding for the 2nd flight by stating an alternative return flight was arranged. But if I couldn't fly out, I couldn't return! They make all sorts of promises about guaranteeing flights during COVID. But these are evidently false. Do not book with KIWI! They evade their legal obligations and make fake promises. Additionally and unbelievably they openly apply charges for obtaining such refunds with their impkication being if you pay them, you will get a refund much quicker! Unbelievable! And illegal! Agent does not know anything about the middle east, her booking caused me to loose my luggage in Kuwait and spend 4 days in Bahrain and 3 days in German without my belongings. Additionally, my luggage never was returned to me. You CANNOT change airlines or planes in Kuwait if your luggage is only checked to Kuwait. The airport will not issue you a VISA to exit to the baggage claim, and the airport staff will say they will transfer to your next flight but they will NOT. If you contact Kuwait airlines they will claim your bags never arrived in Kuwait, and can do nothing to help you.
I used them twice. 1st time no issues, 2nd time I was charged $25 becasue I missed the window for entering my Id #. Not only did I enter my Id # but they had my info from my preious trip which was 2 months prior. Rediculous!
Absolutely terrible service from Kiwi.com - it took me 4 months to receive any refund and they only gave me 1/4 of what they gave my friend (hundreds of dollars less) in the COMPLETE same situation. It took for me contacting the airline myself and having proof for them to acknowledge that the airline HAD actually refunded already the money - stating continuously to me that they were waiting on a reply from the airline. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM, they ruined my holiday and the following four months.

This company is horrible. Their customer service is subpar, and after booking a $1,000 trip with them and after being promised a refund, I have yet to receive one and it's been over 5 months since my request. This is unheard of and quite frankly, it's unwise to hold on to someone's money for so long. Please fix this issue.
My flight was cancelled in February 2020, and one of the staff members promised me that they'll give my money back within 6 months. That $#*!ing 6 months is already gone, and I still haven't receive my money. I checked with the flight company, and I found that Kiwi.com ate my money. IT IS A BULL$#*!. NEVER USE KIWI.COM

Please do not book your flight with these people It is an absolute scam I paid too much money for my flights for myself and three children and then the airlines changed time so I miss connecting flights and then they hold you to ransom telling you that you have to pay five times the normal price for a connecting flight when it should be included and then they have the audacity to tell me that I didn't pay the additional fund for the kiwi insurance what a lot of rubbish please do not book with these people ever ever ever they are the biggest scammers ever and should not be operational and should be shut down.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
