I booked and paid for a roundtrip flight from Miami to Boston. 2 weeks later Kiwi.Com notified me that the first leg of the flight was cancelled by the Airline. They offered me a bait and switch flight instead that took an extra 31 hours and cost nearly $200 more. I asked for a refund and they said that I wasn't entitled to a refund, but that they would give me a $10 voucher for a future flight. They were committing Fraud. I filed a claim with Paypal and Paypal ruled in my favor and took my stolen money back from KIWI.COM.
BEWARE OF KIWI.COM. They tried to steal my money and thankfully Paypal got my money back from these Criminals.
I would like to write a negative review because i had bad experience booking a flight from Barcelona to Orly last week.
Myself and my family booked a flight via their website and we paid for the flight as well the luggage's. While doing the check in the agent in the airport counter said that in their system they don't have the luggage and they've asked me to pay 155 Euro for the 3 luggage's. They are even surprised when they saw the booking confirmation that I have the luggage's and in their system they don't have it. First, I objected and because the boarding is getting closer, the lady asked me to pay and after to claim from the agency and I had no option because I have 2 kids with me. So I paid. While claiming back the money refund with Kiwi.com, i send the claim form and i received an immediate below generic negative response refusing to refund the money "

Kiwi.com refused to refund our flights after they were cancelled by the airline. They offered us a 10 Euro "refund" instead of the $2000 they owed us. This is illegal. It took several months but we finally got our full refund after issuing them with an alternative dispute resolution notice through the very helpful people at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Booked a flight and asked for cancellation details and accepted the additional cost for cancellation with agent who barely spoke English. Unfortunately I had to cancel the flight and no refund was issued. Next time I will book directly with the airline. Stay away from this non English language speaking company.
Total scam. Even though I bought the insurance to change or cancele the reservation, they were unable to refund. Do not use this booking website. Take the extra time to do a little research and go directly through the airline.
Terrible experience! I'll never recomend this website to anyone! I bought a ticket a flight to Viena, Austria, and I had so much problems, such as ENDLESS VERIFICATIONS (with selfies and extra fees) and so much issues with Ryanair, that I had to go TWICE to the airport to solve the questions IN PERSON at the company's balcony!
(In the same day I went to the airport, other people were in the queue with the same problems and they were totally dissatisfied with the situation)
KIWI sold me a flight with a connection of ONLY 40 MINUTES. That's exactly what you're reading: 40 MINUTES BETWEEEN ONE FLIGHT AND OTHER (from Lisbon - Viena). If anything had went wrong, I WOULDN´T GET ANY COMPENSATION, according to the flight laws.
At the end, I DECIDED TO GAVE UP ON TAKE THIS FLIGHT AND I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER TICKET, AS I WAS FEELING UNSAFE ABOUT THE JOURNEY.

A round trip ticket from Kiwi.con.
I could get extra vacation, so I would like to change the journey of my ticket.
I sent a query to the customer service department on the online and phone call before I changed the ticket.
Because I worried about the commission.
I got answered from Kiwi.com,
1. You had to cancel the ticket because the ticket you bought was not flexible.
Existing tickets will be refunded as a supplementary refund.
2. The supplementary refund amount is in accordance with the airline's policy.
3. Kiwi.com returns the entire amount refunded by the airline to the customer without a fee.
Eventually, I canceled my ticket with trust to Kiwi.com but after when I check my refund amount I can see that too different refund amount that Kiwi.com's word.
4. Kiwi.com said "a part of deduct amount is GDS, which you were agreed when you bought ticket at consent form.
(seriously Kiwi.com should explained properly about GDS at the begining when I asked about changed my journey. But they didn't)
Even I did not get my Seoul->BK ticket's refund yet. Which is understandable.
I aware of that Kiwi.com waiting refund from Airline as well.
Kiwi.com charged me a price that was contrary to what I had informed me beforehand, and the reason was that it was not delivered properly.

I booked my sons birthday holiday and never got confirmation about a flight! After few hours I got a message saying that it was my mistake and they can put money on the "deposit" for the next travelling. I was naive and did believe that! The next day I tried to book another flight and guess what, once again we had a problem and we didn't fly out! After talking to the Kiwi.com they told me not to worry about my money because it's on "deposit" for unlimited time meaning I can spend on my next trips. Now I discovered that it's expiring on the 3rd of June 2024.
I did contact Kiwi.com they refuse to pay my over 500£ back to my account, even worse than that Now they claiming that they have proceeded with my bank and I have to contact my bank and ask for the money.
When I asked them to send me a proof of this transaction, Kiwi.com saying it's against their policy!
Flight got canceled, never got my money back! $7000 usd is gone! Crazy! I will file a small claim against them!

Booked a return flight with kiwi.com to Oslo Norway. A 4 day trip. We returned to the airport that we flew into, to fly home, to discover we were at the wrong airport. We were never advised when booking the flights that we'd be flying home from a different airport 3 hours away (had we of known we'd have said no) I managed to find a phone number to call them **************- should you need it) to be told that they don't have to advise you that a return flight is from a different airport (it wasn't in any of the emails etc) the 3 letters in brackets after the airport location is more than sufficient. Yes it's on there boarding pass - Oslo (tor) instead of Oslo (osl) and yes we didn't notice this and it's our bad but surely they should have a duty to notify customers of using different airports for return flights. It's a matter of decent ethics, morals and customer care at which kiwi.com have none! Also the call operator was beyond unhelpful and boarding mocking! Will NEVER use this company again EVER!
Horrible airlines Horrible travel agent. I couldn't upgrade to business class. Air asia charged me $450 extra for bags. Terrible service. Buy your tickets directly with a good preferred airline. Don't buy from kiwi or air asia. They will rip you off.
Worst case you pay for every extra service to get nothing. DO NOT USE KIWI To guarantee seats together you have to pay extra, chose from seats available, paid extra, and they were already booked. Kiwi doesn't feel obligated to refund. Kiwi will not get my business again. Let this be a warning.

I came to know in Abu Dhabi check in counter that I need visa to enter muscat. Wizz don't allow connecting flight. I lost total trip Amount. Later I booked direct flight and travelled peacefully. Whoever wants travel peacefully never book ticket from kiwi.

A Terrible company which has no commitments to their customers! I booked a flight that included 20 kgs of checked-in luggage which they confirmed. Later the fail to secure the luggage and left me in a position where I have to pay 8 times more at the airport to pass my checked-in luggage. Reached out multiple times to their customer service and they were of no help at all. They kept repeating the same none sense without understanding the severity of the situation their company put me in!
Kiwi is trash don't book with them, they cancelled my outbound flight without calling and basically blamed me for it when they aren't being informative or helpful with booking another flight better off booking a flight through mail smh deserves 0 star but isn't an option ( i was at the airport for 5 hours before it was cancelled) already went through security and had my pass
Minimal customer service- not worth the Minimal savings. Hack their hack if you want but book directly with airline to protect yourself. Stuck in Seville on a Ryanair delay - thats another "only if you have to service" and everyone tossing their hands in air, not even a sorry. Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
