I had the worst experience ordering online from KitchenSource. My order for the Vigo Shower Enclosure (*******) was cancelled twice, and the only way I found out was by calling them—no emails, no notifications, nothing. KitchenSource claimed that Vigo had cancelled the order, but when I contacted Vigo's customer support, they confirmed that KitchenSource had cancelled it themselves. To make matters worse, KitchenSource outright refused to ship my order without providing any explanation. I even offered to include a Vigo representative in an email to confirm that my address was valid, but KitchenSource rejected this. I always asked KitchenSource to ship to a legitimate U.S. address (not a PO box), but they still refused. Avoid buying from KitchenSource at all costs—they are unprofessional and unreliable.

I purchased a kitchen sink. It arrived cracked in two places. When I called the company they asked for pictures, which I sent. One month later and about 10 phone calls, they still have not refunded my money, nor have they responded to my request for a refund.

Customer service terrible for returns
November 15, 2024

I ordered the wrong item from this company and contacted them immediately to let them know about my mistake. I ordered the correct item and the customer service rep said she would get back to me with return information for the other item. I never received that information. I have sent 4 separate emails to customer support explaining that I needed a return authorization number but never received a response. I cannot reach them by phone and have left several messages but have received no call back. I don't know how a company can survive in today's market place with such poor and unresponsive customer service.

Company advertises item in stock, and is able to ship to Canada (for suspiciously low price). They charge the payment. Once they realized I ordered something and need it shipped, they send an email that the manufacturer cannot ship outside of 48 US states. So they are drop shipping type of service or lying to get out of paying for shipping out of their pocket. Either way, service is inadequate. Can; t recommend.

Incompetent staff

I ordered two counter tops and order was duplicated due to their malfunction on website. They cancelled one and initiated a correction on the existing one. Order arrived with wrong counter top and an extra one already credited so I rejected the order. Danita acknowledged they had received the return and finally after months of never replacing the incorrect order agreed to credit the remaining $461 they owed me in refunds. They never credited it still! So I ended up having to spend hours gathering all the communications and provide them to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never deal with these incompetent idiots again! I'd give them no stars if it was an option. There should be a negative star rating for these folks.

We purchased an under-sink garbage can pullout system, and it did not fit so we asked to returned it. Returns are ridiculously expensive, because they make you pay the shipping, and it costs a bundle - plus they then add a 15% re-stocking fee. We had to pay almost 50% of the value of the product to return it! Their website has false advertising saying "easy returns". That is far from the truth - they make it ridiculously difficult to return to them and cost prohibitive! Do not shop there!

I bought a pair of table legs for $111. Order number *******. They were not what I was expecting. The picture online did not show they were not square but "L" shaped. I called immediately and ask to return them. It took 3 weeks to get an RA number. The policy is they charge me for the original shipping and I pay for the return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. The don't allow using the USPS so I have to use a more expensive alternative. It costs $76 dollars to return the product. Never again... My mistake for using a company with such terrible return policy.

Still waiting

No response. No tracking info. No product.
It has not been four weeks since I ordered items that were in stock. Every day I check into my account. It says it will ship in three days. It said that on Day 1.

DO NOT order from Kitchen Source. It's a company first and customer never type of company. They advertised a vanity at a certain price, sold that vanity to me and shipped a similar product but was not what the images showed on their website. The vanity is now $1000 more and the best the company could offer me was 10% to get the product I ordered. They had the nerve to say 10% is the best they could do because of all the shipping and restocking fees that had to pay. I don't care what you have to pay. You made the mistake. You falsely advertised and sold me a product. Go elsewhere, odds are you will get the wrong product and they will do nothing to make it right.

STAY AWAY

I would never buy from Kitchen Source. I bought a Hafele lazy susan. It was shipped across the country to CA, rather than Kitchen Source working with Hafele to determine that their West Coast warehouse should have been the point of origination. Their mistake led to the box and lazy Susan arrive totally damaged to the point of being unrecognizable. I called both Kitchen Source and Hafele, even speaking with top management at Hafele, and neither would send out a replacement. I've never heard of a senior management person at a company threaten a customer to never call or write to them about this matter, as he did to me. I'm not listening. I want to keep someone else from experiencing this.

I dealt with an individual named Katie in returns. I had to return something that didn't fit. I paid $180 to ship item back to the company. Okay thats fine bc it was my fault I ordered wrong thing. When they recieved my return, they complained that i didnt return everything (I did). Then they were supposed to return item to me and never did. Scammers.

CANCELED ORDER AFTER FEW MIN OF CALLING, LADY SAID NO PROBLEM
WHEN I STILL DIDNT GET EMAIL CONFIRMATION I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD SORRY IT WAS SHIPPED. MIND YOU THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY SO APPARENTLY THEY HAVE BIONIC AND SUPERMAN WORKING FOR THEM BECAUSE WOW THAT WAS THE FASTEST 2 MIN OF SHIPPING I HAVE EVER HEARD. MIND YOU I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES WHILE THEY GOT THE LABEL CREATED. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A FRAUD! BEWARE

Misleading Shipping time;
March 23, 2022

We have ordered some light switches and was told through( kitchensource.com)website that the order will ship within 3 days of the order date submitted and now its 5 days and no tracking has been sent indicating that the order is shipped.

We WRITING this to tell Kitchensource.com to update there website to say(WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED) TO SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS--NOT WHEN ORDER IS RECEIVED TO SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS ---THAT CAN BE MISLEADING TO MOST OF US.

Caution - their policies can cost you money. Because I purchased early in the
Remodel cycle to manage cash flow the vanity sat in my garage for 4
Months in the shipping packaging. The contractor went to install it
