I am having a lot of issues getting my money back for a flight ticket that was cancelled due to Covid. The agency, KissandFly, has been telling me for 2 years that they are just waiting for the airline to approve my refound. I submitted a complaint to the US Department of Transporattion and find out that the request to refund my money didn't exist. If you are having issues with this agency, please contact https://airconsumer.dot.gov/escomplaint/ConsumerForm.cfm to see if they can help or at least to see what is going on with this company. Also, please note that this Company is apparently outside from the US an for this reason will be hard to get any response from them and forget about any refound.

Becarefull when booking with this agency, if you have to cancel the flight, you better get ready for what is coming next. I booked two flight on January 2022 and have to cancelled it, this is the time today 3/11/22 that I do not have my refunded back, after the airline approved the refund and sent to the agency to refund
that I do not have my money. Still they don't want to refund my money. Telling story story every moment I call to the agency. One star is too much for this agency. Definitely the worst. 4L8J9NR. BOOKING CONFIRMATION IS MYN EVIDENCE. IAM GETTING SICK WITH THIS AGENCY TRYING TO GET MY REFUND.

No matter what the price of the flight you find, it's simply not worth booking through these guys. They are awful. Bad customer service, unhelpful, rude and not interested in you having a good experience. Please, save yourself the headache and boycott.

Rip off cheap tactics

Search engine have shown cheapest price just to bring customer on their page and ripped off in currency conversion.
Did a mistake by not checking reviews before. Almost paid $500 extra.

Selected a credit card to pay and they overcharged me by saying debit card was selected sent a screen shot showing the card selection. Looks like it is operated by THUGS so be aware I recommend DO NOT USE them

Flights scheduled for July 2021 were cancelled due to Covid. It's now a 8 months later, and my money has not been refunded. They're told me to try make change on my dates and I did, and there is not ability,, Kiss and fly claims that the waiting for airline to respond,, Wtf I need my money back,,,

Booked a flight in Feb 2020 which was cancelled due to the pandemic. I was assured by K&F customer services that I could rebook until the end of 2022. It's January 2022 and I've come to rebook. K&F customer services said the rebooking had to be completed direct with the airline, Delta. I spoke with Delta who have confirmed that my tickets were refunded in March 2021 in Russian Rubles, to some entity called: TICKETS-UA, SAINT PETERSBERG RU.

My flights cannot be rebooked, my money is gone and K&F is claiming ignorance.

Avoid K&F like the plague.

Update, as requested by K&D (hint, they are still horrendous….do.not.give.them.your.money):

Excerpt from the last email correspondence from me:

'Regarding your note about the refund being actioned after the airline have refunded the money. I have spoken with Delta and they confirmed the money was refunded to an entity called TICKETS-UA, SAINT PETERSBERG RU via BSP LINK on 15th March 2021. Therefore, the money has already been refunded by the airline. For the avoidance of doubt, I did not request or receive this refund.'

I made a booking. Money was deducted from my credit card. I received some informative emails from them but never a flight ticket. I sent an email to receive the ticket. No answer. SO I booked a ticket from another webpage.
AFTER the departure time, Kissandfly replies and they claim I gave them a wrong email address! And the Ticket was issued successfully. Anyone who understands how flight bookings work, a person can never book a flight twice.
These guys are fraudulent, scammers and cheaters!

I will keep it short. This company is a fraud. Please, stay away from them. Please use a legit website to buy an airplane ticket. You will be thankful to yourself later on.

I'm trying to get my refund for over 18months now, and they are still not doing it. I believe it's a bunch of unemployed and uneducated people who got together and started a business.

Please trust me, any money that you think you're saving now by booking on Kiss & Fly -- it is *not* worth it! Save yourself the stress later.

Kiss & Fly customer service is mind-blowing bad. Like, I cannot believe it's real. Nobody that you talk to on the phone has any power to make changes to your booking. They just say over and over again "I will send to my colleague, and we will inform you by email." But the email confirmations never come! They take forever to process refund requests, and when they do -- you have to respond within a few hours time, otherwise they cancel the request and you have to start all over again.

They have caused me some of the most stressful days of my life over the past few days, and they made so many promises over and over to me that they never followed through on. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Have had an absolute nightmare of a time with this company since my booking was cancelled last year due to Covid. Refused my refund request probably 20 times, tried to make changes and they had all these weird conditions, finally got a change approved and despite my change being significanty less than my voucher, charged me fees, messaged me 20 mins later to say there were more fees, didn't book me baggage and just pocketed the change. Absolute scum of the earth and never ever give them your hard earned money.

I've booked a ticket with these morons unknowingly on august and had to cancel becoz of boarders closure. I'm waiting for my money to refund this is month of November. They are still making me to believe that the money is with the airlines. What I've to with these $#*!ing morons. Please don't book any tickets with these agents and don't suffer. Bought two tickets for elderly parents to fly from Brazil to the United States. After we purchased the tickets we were told they are not allowed to bring a bag on the first leg of the flight. What the hell is that. I've never heard of such a thing how can two people fly across the world without a bag. No option was given either to add a bag. Tried to refund the tickets and was told the service fee was too high even though I paid for the refund insurance. Total scam. Wish I saw some of these reviews before I purchased. Out $3000

I bought some tickets from Kiss&Fly and these mother $#*!ers kept changing my tickets date. They did this $#*!ing several times and it felt like hell. The sons of $#*!es prices are so high that I had to call them and they wont give me the full refund. These money scamming $#*!ing prick's stole my money and wont give it back. This is what you call service well you can shove it up there $#*!. Stupid $#*!s made me stay up 5 hours at night and just to say ''no we cant do that.'' What the $#*! is this website anyways. Etihad should not have any contact with Kiss&Fly. Just why. No one should recommend Kiss&Fly to anyone.

First and foremost I DON NOT RECOMMEND this airline agency. They are scammers, liars and robbers. They took my $2000. 00 and put it in their pocket. I called and emailed the company numerous times but no hold of them, a day or two later they emailed me telling me that they will refund me and I just needed to confirm so I can get $200.00 out of $2000. 00 back. After I confirmed they later sent another email telling me that they wrongly calculated my refundable amount and the new refundable has moved from $200.00 to $100.00. I did confirm that amount, later on I received another email from them saying the same thing that They wrongly calculated and the refund has had moved from $100.00 to $203.00 and I confirmed it for the third time. They then sent another email saying that due to technical issues they wrongly calculated the refundable amount and it's changed to be $113.00. I never got a dime back from them. They kept dragging me back and forth for a while now.

Fraud

Dated booked wrong. Fraudulent charges added. Simone called southwest claiming to be me via Skype. Southwest alerted me of fraud. I ended up canceling my card and tickets same day and contesting all charges. Hope to get a refund. A disaster from start to finish. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
