Charged for shipping even though it said I was eligible for no shipping and my buddha necklace was defective. Going to try exchange but the next item comes quicker since its an inconvenience.
I ordered an item in November 2022 and it was never delivered. After contacting the shop, they sent the item again in February 2023. However, the second attempt was also unsuccessful, as the item was never delivered by the shipping company (USPS), and it came back to them!
The shop has been unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, and it appears that they have no intention of resolving the issue. I believe that this shop has engaged in fraudulent activity by taking my money for an item that they never intended to deliver.
