Items never received. When I followed up, customer service kept directing me to their shipment tracking website, which was in Chinese so I could read it. I would have felt better if I had given my $150 to a charitable cause then give it to them.
My mistake for not checking reviews before my order!

I did not realize the "store" is a Chinese store. I would have sized my order differently. It took 2 months for me to receive my order and then everything was too small and poor quality. They offered me 15% back to keep it--on a $300 order. No thank you. But now to ship everything back is looking like $50 (if I'm lucky) or more.

Kinilady.com, poor quality and materials, nothing like showing on website. When you try to return, it's so hard because of the custom and policy in China. Beware they have different domain with similar photos.

I ordered two separate shirts to check their quality and it was a nightmare from every aspect until 45 days after when the product arrived and it was straight garbage that don't even match the color ordered. Don't fall for their fake reviews they are a bunch of communist garbage.

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I placed an order on Sept 2,2020. Some items were finally received the last week of Oct and one item never came. I asked to return 2 items and they would not give me the return address info. They said it takes too long for them to receive a return. The items were so poorly made with very poor quality fabric! They suggested I give them away! So, I was totally ripped off for over $100! I cannot tell you how disgusted I am! No more orders from these liars. Stay away from them!

I ordered the black work vest, and received a thin khaki zip up summer shirt. This was not what was advertised. If I knew what it was I never would have ordered it.
Not willing to give refund for falsely advertising a product that is no where near what it was supposed to be

This website is a complete SCAM! Thank goodness I only spent 35.00! But that was MY 35.00 dollars! It took a month to receive the skirt and it was ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT WAS DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE! And after reading the reviews, it will cost me more to return it than I actually paid! Everytime I emailed to inquire about my purchase they would send me the same tracking information. I did report them to Facebook. Not sure how much that will help! In the pic is the skirt I order comes with belt. Second pic is what I received. This review is insisting I give a star to submit my review so I am pressing 1 star to submit, they get a big fat ZERO!

I purchase 7 items, they all cheap materials, poor and bad qualities. Took almost a month to get here. I will never shop there again.

The items I ordered are nothing like the advertised items. Total garbage, terrible quality, sizing is off as are the colours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.
