Not understanding the subscription, the associate listened to my concerns within our neighborhood and did everything possible to still provide me with this service so that I can keep my kids safe. She was one of the most pleasant associates I have had the opportunity to talk to in some time, that says a lot of this company's mission, the people that want to represent them and how serious this matter is. I appreciate that, and thank you.

I do not have children. Live in a quiet neighborhood with children all around us. Was very surprised when a picture came up. This person had been by wanting to see if he could start doing our lawns. Said he was trying to raise a young child. We watch out for all children and so glad I have this.
After conducting people searches on my self and a couple of my family members I found the information given was disappointingly inaccurate for the amount of money each month I would like to have a more accurate source

I knew it was too good to be true, $1. Sure enough I was charged $29.95 per month for two months. But you when I called to cancel, you redeemed yourself with the discounted membership. You don't have to trick people into protecting their family. Transparency please.
Garbage site. I found more information on Google than the reports they have. I was looking for background information on one person that I know is a convicted felon. The only criminal records they provided was a vehicular accident and a speeding ticket. So I looked up 3 other felons - 1 of which is a pedo - and THEY HAD NOTHING! Speeding, running a stop sign, expired registration on a car. Nothing at all about any felonies on anyone. Just use Google, don't bother with Kids Live Safe. How can they claim anything about keeping children safe if they can't come up with a felony arrest and conviction of a pedo?
I know for a fact that some individuals that i look up have records and have been criminally charged with statutory rape, molestation, and many other sexual abuse charges. WHY are they not on this site? Why is this site inaccurate and misleading? That is so low to give false hope/ information to those who need to keep their families safe.
While the service is valuable, it isn't that great for the original listed monthly price. At least in Virginia we have the State Police website that provides the offender information for free. You just have to check the website yourself. It is not automatic, nor does it keep specific areas of interest/concern as yours does. Both serve a useful purpose. One's automatic if you will, the other manual.
The information is not up to date. I have an ex husband that has had multiple convictions in the past 7 years and none of them are listed AND my criminal background is completely clean, which is accurate, but it says my license is "suppressed" with no additional information. That is absurd! I've never even had a ticket before and it proves it on my criminal background, yet you have my license listed as suppressed with no information…how would that look to a potential employer trying to hire me for a driving job?! Update & get info correct!
My experience was very pleasant. I have certain issues that make it difficult to talk to people I dont know, go out much around people, etc. They quickly handled everything I contacted them about over the internet/via email. They helped me in every way. They were very considerate of my situation. I wish all companies worked that way.
I have tried several different background check sites and this one is the only one that has actually come back with information. Others when searching the same people said no criminal history when they actually had one! Great site!
I like the service because it keeps me aware of my neighborhood and who is near my grand kids. I have seen children left alone and people still don't realize the true danger. The service is a great tool to help families manage their own safety.
Kids Live Safe tries to trick you into telling you the wrong day of your trial expiration. When you call they say they gave you an extra free day but started charging you that "free day". The person reads from a script so just keep saying you are not satisfied to get your money back.
Was unaware of $29.97 monthly fee until completed application was submitted for processing. Your claim early on of charging only $1.00 is very misleading and untruthful. However, after calling your 800# and speaking to customer service rep Ramon who offered a "reduced" rate of $4.97 monthly, I did reconsider and agreed to that monthly fee as much more reasonable. I did wonder how such a reduction was possible unless this is the actual cost of the service but only available to those who complain? It is possible that if the true cost of the monthly fee was stated up front I may not have objected but the deception is a problem.
It's very good. I like to check other parent's or people's background so I know more about that kids family. I really wished they could make it so you can do a criminal and and drug charges. But it's nice to have.
Excellent website easy to navigate and use, wonderful layout and find each category and each item in said categories. Great trial cost, and easy membership/opting out of membership. Best background check website at the most reasonable rate that I have come across to date. Will be returning again and again, I already can tell!
This should be FREE information! Why charge $30.00 a month to provide information to help protect both individuals and children from convicted criminals?!
Surely there is an organization which accepts donations for this help!
I like the low price, also i have a disability, so this program works just fine with me because it alerts me when ever a sex offender moves within 5 miles from my house. I live alone so this is a great protection for myself.
Great app stay safe back round check ur neighbor babysitter family friend who everything everybody anyone u don't have to wonder or wait if u suspect or just wanna check u can do just that w this application
I'm new to all of this however, if it is accurate then it really is beneficial. I receive at least 5 call's a day from all over the map. When I look up who it was that called, it NEVER is the same. Thank you for your service.
