I made an account to look up my dad's arrest records. I know for a fact he has been arrested at least a dozen times yeah your site says he has no criminal records. I understand not all information will be completely accurate but to say there are no criminal records for him is very inaccurate.
My account always pulls up Error, contact Customer Service. Ive called in to cancel, however they offered me a reduced monthly fee. If you cant pull your account up, doesnt matter how cheap they make it. I will be cancelling!
Cancelled before trial date and still charged 29. I was offered a special rate of $2.90 mo if I stayed though. Of course I didn't. If a FREE trial already cost me $29. How much would such a steeply discounted subscription wind up costing. Lesson learned. The info provided was in one case someone else's driving records. Another was driving records but no criminal at all which I know for a fact is exstensive. I did 10 searches. All of them were 80% innacurate and incomplete.
A lot of the information on my Report is not accurate. My husband has been dead since 8/1/08 and Ya'll still have him alive and living on Hallett
St., just to name a few errors, there are many others, and will I get a change to correct these, not one single of my e-mail addresses are listed, on and on with errors, phone numbers, etc.
Just had a rough time growing up as a child back in the '50s selling & delivering newspapers and fearing men following me and my younger brother. Many times I wished that I could instantly become an adult. Now, I have an autistic daughter and always wonder when I see pics of missing kids at the post office walls, how many of them are handicapped.
After my $1.00 trial. I called your company to cancel. While talking to the gentleman. He told me there was a lower rate. Then hearing what he had to say about the lower rate. I told him thank you.And decided the lower rate I could afford. Thanks again for keeping our children safe. Very grateful and satisfied Grandmother.

The information recorded with regard to criminal activity is not mine. I have never been arrested, charged, or convicted for anything in my entire life -- not even jaywalking. What the hell is this mess?

For others, we don't know what exact crime they committed and don't have an exact address of where they live. In addition, we have found that states can have different definitions of what crimes mean so it is always best to call your local police department if you have a question about the specific classification of an offender's crime. This service seems legit, and doesn't take too long, however is lacking a little. For example it doesn't have info on marriage and none of my searches came back with driving license info. And one of them had nothing for eviction when I evicted them in the past, it was legally filed and costed me $150.00 to file if I rember correctly. So I feel that it should have come up

It says updated this month and I can assure you everyone I have looked up and myself don't live at the current addresses posted. I am looking for my missing mother by myself. I'm 22 and don't know what to do and what I'll have to be telling me two little brothers. I really hoped this would help me find her. Even just atleast knowing she was in jail would save me much heart ache...
When you first call about this "product" you're not advised of the price. When I checked my bank account i was surprised to find that it was $29.97 and $29.97 per month thereafter. You have done nothing to show me that this is really worthwhile. Then you offered it at $4.00+ plus per month. Its just not worthwhile as far as I'm concerned and I'm totally dissatisfied. You ought to be ashamed!
While polite when I was on the phone with them they took me thru 'the talk' about how their policy clearly states that the 7 day trial so on and so forth. Than I was offered three months for 14.95 and than three months for 3.00 and a refund of 14.95 but they want the customer satisfied and I kept telling him no. They finally gave me back the 29.95 but it was tooth and nail. Not only that but the one time I used the website the information on me was about ten years old. Not a single thing was up to date. But super nice on the phone while they were trying to blow smoke up my $#*! and did eventually end up giving my money back
Searches myself to check reliability of service found nothing also found nothing regarding other individual in question you guys basically stole my dollar and will be canceling account first thing in the morning

A company should always be upfront about any added fees... Your company was not... It said one dollar... it did not say that it would be an additional
$25.00 plus unless I canceled by 3-5-18...
This is not being honest with customers... I also got the ID protection... is that going to cost me more as well?

So far the two reports I've pulled have lacked information I know should be available. They also have several mistakes but that part, I suppose, is to be expected. However, the missing information is very important. It's also old enough that it ought to be readily available.

I am very upset to see that my information although it has been expunged is on your website from twelve years ago. I am heart broken that you would put something like that online. Was very hard for me to witness that especially after how much my life has changed. So wrong to do that to one's personal life.
