I am at the end of my tether with this awful awful company. It has taken 12 weeks for half my order to arrive. I must of sent at least 50 emails to various sites given to me. I have asked for a phone number only to be ignored. The support is rubbish and I will never ever use these clowns again. I intend reporting them to trading standards as I have kept every email I have received.

I used my voucher nearly 2 months ago and contacted kgb deals CS after I hadn't received anything a few weeks later. It took them nearly 2 weeks to get a response from the merchant who said it had been shipped. So I told them again that I hadn't received anything, another several days later they say the merchant shipped a replacement. That was nearly 3 weeks ago so I emailed them again about 6 days ago and haven't received a response. I tried calling them today and all I got was an automated message saying "our advisors are busy helping other customers, please send us an email".
I can't get my money back through my bank because I used PayPal and PayPal won't give me my money back because the 45-day-period has ended.
I use groupon, wowcher, etc all the time but kgb deals has been my worst experience with any online purchase so far.

First of all it took over 4 weeks to receive my order. Once I received the order, a sweater, it was a piece of crap. Too small, basically a piece of cloth. Only a child could wear it. I tried to return it and receive a refund and I was told I had to deal directly with the vendor. As usual, the vendor tells me the order has been fulfilled and no other communication. I tried several more times and the same response. Since I only spent $30 I have washed my hands of it. However, I warn all consumers to stay away from this site. Too be to be true. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. BE WARNED!

Do not go for the "deals" they advertised. The price is cheap enough to suck you in and then the trouble begins. You then have to go to the merchant web site. There you will have to redeem the voucher number which you got from kgb deals. You then get slap with a higher fees for shipping and handling. There go your savings. When you have problem with your purchase, KGB is so hard to get hold of. And then, they said they will contact you back which you will not hear from them again. They hope by then you forgot about the whole thing

I purchased a 7" Tablet PC deal from KGB on 9/16/13 which was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. I requested an update from KGB on 10/12/13 when I didn't the product. The gave me the run around for over a month and finally told me that their vendor couldn't deliver the goods and gave me a refund even though I had clearly requested them to ship a similar 7'' tablet instead of refunding me the funds. I wanted KGB to stand behind the transaction and provide the product that they had charged me for. This the last time I will buy anything from this website.

They get two stars because finally, after 3 months of emailing and phoning, they refunded to my credit card the amount they promised. It did take many emails (and I forwarded them back to KGBdeals for proof of their promise to refund) and phone calls (most unanswered) and some very angry tones. Absolutely no comparison to the other web site vouchers. Indeed, Groupon and Living Social and Gilt are wonderful. I hope the employees at KGBdeals have a job in a few months. This business is doomed to fail.

No matter how good the deal is or how relevant it is to your needs, I would stay away from KGBDeals. I purchased 3 vouchers - the first, I had no problems with. The second and the third, however, has taken 6 times longer to reach me than they said (and it still hasn't come - they just promise it). When I contacted them about this issue, they said it was because of the "huge response they received from this wonderful deal." The deadline to these deals, mind you, were constantly extended to get more buyers. The worst part, and why I will never buy from them again, was their customer service. No one answered phone calls (during hours), and when they did respond to emails, they were generic one-liner responses. The only way I could get a response out of this company was to contact the Better Business Bureau... something I have never been forced to do before. Stay away.

Same story as most reviewers on here. I have emailed back and forth between the deal-redeeming website and kgbdeals.com and over three months have passed; still no waterproof phone case. The other company told me the first two months that they would "look into it and get back to me" which they never did. They said over three weeks ago that the order had finally shipped, yet I still do not have the phone case. Stay away. Luckily I only spend $9 including shipping and handling, and I am realizing I probably won't that money back. It is the dishonesty and not owning up to what their promises are.

They don't process referral awards automatically. You have to message customer service, multiple times back & forth, & wait for days, before you ever get them. By the time you do it's normally to late to purchase the deal you wanted to & you only have 60 days to use the KGB Cash so it will go to waste because their system doesn't work right. The only way it works automatically is if both people are signed in at the same time as the purchase is made which is a joke since you don't know when the other persons going to do that.

Groupon is much better & has better customer service.

Ordered an item from their website on 11/24 and have yet to receive this item or confirmation that the item was shipped. I have contacted customer service several times regarding this and continue to be told they are looking into the matter. This was to be a Christmas present and I am concerned it will not be here in time for the holidays. One would assume that when they order an item that is marked as a great Christmas gift at the end of November that they could have it by Christmas!

Absolutely CRIMINAL! Do not give them your credit card number. They never said anything about a voucher until after I paid... They said they would give me a refund and they never did... they're overseas. What else do you need to know? If it sounds too good to be true, its probably kgbdeals.
