Truly speaking keto diet has been my one and only friend to a healthy living and lifestyle, great thing is that I can keep track of my consumption day in day out. It's a real game changer for me and it has been by bedrock!

I love that the meals are suggested, recipes are all provided, plus you have many other choices depending on your food preferences.
Following their recipes gives you 17 to 39 carbs daily. The app figuring out my macros for me helps so much.
I was already in Small Ketosis yesterday. I hadn't checked before that.
I am disappointed with several features of the App otherwise, especially when trying to input my own meals. Several popular brand names didn't register even with the SKU, and I couldn't find several ingredients listed in the database.
At times I can see the print icon, but mostly I can't see or even find it.
The recipes are easy to follow and often delicious. My favorite meal so far is Cheddar Cauliflower Soup. Makes a large size mug full and satisfies me for hours.

My account is defective this is what they say "As per our Terms and Conditions, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect or delivery issue with the product." won't give refund. My wife also joined and we wanted to share meals during the evening, but they tell us we have to cook seperate etc. waste of time and money. Thanks Keto Cycle for NOTHING. Ketocycle advertises a low cost; but, to get a basic app costs you over $200. Cust serv does not return emails. They advertise custom diet but measure in calories, not carbs and no mention to macronutrients. Nothing custom about this other than some ingredients. Looking at the meals it will actually stall weight loss due to lack of fat and carbs. Does not promote a balanced keto diet. It's false advertising at it's best! Don't buy it!

I really liked the app because it provided a lot of fantastic meal prep ideas as well as a shopping list to help you keep track of what you need to prepare yourself for the diets. I learned about Keto cycle via an advertisement and have been following it for over a month. Keto isn't easy, but the app makes it a lot easier. I don't have to count macros or keep track of my portions. I don't have to do anything because the app does it for me. The recipes are also delicious. I strongly advise it to anyone who is struggling with their diet.

I was automatically signed up to another 6 month subscription. I didn't realise. And they refused to refund the money, despite me only using the app for one month in the first place. I wrote to them. But nothing. The app was ok. Just didn't suit our lifestyle. And I think it's not ok to continue the subscription without notification.

They are tricking people and taking their money. Mine said $16 for 2months plus 6months for black friday. I got charged $63, for 2 months. And the rep said that 3months is the minimum? After you pay, look at your invoice. And read reviews. Same make no sense. Disputed with my bank. Fraud fraud fraud!

I accepted the 80 percent off offer on Black Friday. I was quoted a price of $3.30 a month. After I complete the process I was chart $66. I immediately sent an email. This was not what I was quoted. They refunded $33. Called them and they said there was a 50 percent cancel fee but she would refund 80 percent so they ultimately kept $14. No where was there explanation of a refund fee or why it was not the charge originally quoted. Dishonest company. I would not do business with them.

I subscribed to Keto cycle. From inception I requested assistance on the utilization of the program. Phone call and emails were ignored. They continued of course to take the monthly subscription. Out of frustration I finally cancelled and requested a refund as they provided zero service. They refused to issue a refund, so effectively I received absolutely nothing for my money. I strongly recommend to choose another provider.

Signed up for a meal plan thought I did a one time payment. Canceled my subscription a year later a $66.00 charge on my card. Had to file fraud charges and because this company is based overseas it is impossible to get an answer from them. Save the Hassel never sign up with them.

This app was really reliable for creating a personalized keto diet meal plan and also tracking my progress. It also aided me in achieving my goals of healthy living by helping me manage weight loss, lower blood pressure and lower blood sugar. Moreover, I was amazed by how it made meal planning simple for me and also provided recipes for cooking a vast amount of food, I really loved this app and highly recommend it,

I really enjoy this app! The meals are tasty and I haven't had any issues. I enjoy the daily goals and the trackers, they motivate me to keep going. I've also learned a lot about keto which is pretty exciting.

I purchased this service looking for a 30 day mean plan. Once it was delivered to me, I didn't like the format, as it just goes day by day.

I immediately contacted customer service to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told by the rep:

"Our Terms & Conditions, introduced to every customer before placing the order, clearly state that the customer can apply for a refund in case of the faultiness of the app within 14 days. Since this is not considered a system failure, we cannot offer a refund in this situation.
For your consideration, I can offer you a partial refund (50% of the total amount) as a gesture of goodwill. After being refunded you could continue using your plan until the end of your subscription on 2023-11-10."

So there it is, the service is completely useless to me and I have wasted a bunch of time and half my money.

This app provided me with a great diet plan which made it really easy to customise a personal diet plan which made it easy for me to achieve the diet plan and health that I needed. It was so amazing through it I was also able to manage my cardiovascular disease. Thanks a lot for creating this app which has really helped a lot of people.

This app was really great for creating a personalized diet meal plan and it was also an amazing progress tracker. Through it, I was able to get an easy-to-use keto program that helped me achieve the body and health I deserved. I like the infographic that explains what exactly is ketosis. It's also nice that they have easy recipes that anyone can do.

Do not purchase, this app does not deliver what it sells. It is super basic, does not calculate net carbs correctly, does not customize the meals to the client, the app doesn't sync with the desktop account, it's not flexible. Whatever they tell you they can do, you can do for free withy other apps. I'm kicking myself for not researching further and reading all the negative reviews. Like MANY other people, I'm out $70 and they refuse to give me a refund. Horrible unethical fraudulent business practices.

Hey, have you been trying to keto without keto cycle app? You have been doing it the wrong way just like I did. Knowing this app made my keto journey way too easy! I didn't have to go downloading a bunch of other apps to lose weight. Keto cycle take total care of my diet minding the foods I am allergic to. My health status is primary to this app while it searched for meals that my body would welcome. Keto cycle doesn't just take care of my meal plan but my routine exercises too. I am so hook!

This is a con. Not satisfied with the service, there is no option to stop the bill recurrence directly - and they put steps in the way to avoid you opting out. The fact the plan recurs at all is hidden with off coloured tiny text, impossible for colour blind people to see. I shared this with them and they flat refused to offer my money back for the recurrence I didn't want, need, nor ask for. I've gone back and forth about 7 times with them, and all I get is arrogant service team members refusing to help and avoiding the questions I ask them and just giving generic responses.
I've now had to take this through legal channels to dispute and get my money back, all while Covid is hitting everyone and no one needs this stress, anxiety and a money grabbing company deceitfully taking your money.
Avoid at all costs, there are far better options out there.

Thanks there's like this to help people to achieve their goals and not just to have a good body but to have a good health as well by giving right food to eat. Being young is doesn't mean you don't have to think of what u eating thanks now I have a guideto follow :)
