This coat is so scratchy. I can't have it touching my bare skin. It is unbearable. The buttons look like they're falling off. The coat is a lint magnet.

We have purchased wool rugs in the past and never had this problem. 4 days after placing my order for K. C cologne, I still don't have a tracking #. I went back to the website, used their chat system and the lady told me that possibly they don't my order in the warehouse. Then, she automatically asked if I wanted my refund instead of getting the facts. I then called the their 800-kenneth cole #, was surprise it was the same lady who could not resolve my issue.

Placed an online order on a Wednesday and paid for two day shipping thinking it would be here by Friday or Saturday at the latest. When I ordered this item for EASTER at no time did anything pop up and say "oh btw your two day won't actually be there for five days"! Not one notion that it would take this long. I paid for two day that's what I expected. Now here's why I won't get it until the day after Easter. I didn't read the fine print on the shipping page. Apparently I ordered at 6pm and the "cut off" is 2pm. I didn't think that even tho Kenneth Cole store is open Saturday as well as UPS, hey they actually do not work, as a rude customer service lady told me with responses that we're more like questions. So my package will sit where exactly on Saturday instead of being moved? Again I paid for two day shipping on a Wednesday the 23rd to get here by Easter on the 27th but nope! It will not arrive until Monday the 28th! I asked for a refund of the shipping, answer "no", I said why wouldn't they inform me? Customer no service said "sorry it's on our website". Of course I needed to navigate to see this or hey maybe a little note stating you "will not actually get this in two days but five", would have been enough to cancel the order! I really liked this brand but I'm a person of severe principal and if situations like this occur and they are not willing to work with me, I simply will not shop that brand ever again! Too many other brands out there and great customer service people also to not look elsewhere for goods and or services. They would not even refund the $20 extra shipping cost if I refunded the jacket. Terrible, terrible business practice! Do not order from Kenneth Cole online, if you do buyer beware!
Kenneth Cole is full of do-gooder marketing gimmicks (but I like their shoes) - Kenneth Cole's marketing message on billboards, print ads, and on its website is always, "Make a difference in the world. Buy our stuff." Honestly, I find it completely ridiculous and vaguely condescending that they believe anyone would believe their gimmicky marketing message. I would be willing to bet Kenneth Cole donates no more money than the Gap or any other large clothing company.
That said, I am a big fan of their shoes. Not unreasonably priced, stylish, and they last. I just bought these:
