I was skeptical about a restaurant named after a clothing line, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was spectacular and bountiful and the service was impeccable. It will be the first stop when I return to St. Armand's circle. I heard that there was a store on the premises as well, but I did not visit. Was too enthralled with the restaurant and my Thai Scallops and Shrimp!
I ordered a MLB Polo Shirt and they sent me the wrong color! Upon contacting Tommy Bahama I found out they were out of my size so evidently they thought it would be OK to send me the wrong color……WRONG! I offered to swap it out for another MLB polo shirt but they would have to charge my credit card until the return was received…WRONG! I would have expected better from them but will not buy anything from Tommy Bahama again………Terrible service! Color was suppose to have been royal blue and not dark navy…….

Quality has went downhill. Fabrics are thinner and lighter weight size inconsistent value is no longer there. Trust pilot asked for proof of purchase this just a tiny bit of what I own I have totes full of there clothing.
I purchased a Tommy Bahama fedora hat from either Macys or Bloomingdales. Wore the hat maybe 3 times. It is in perfect condition no marks.
Put the hat on and the top of the crown split more than 50% around the hat
Stitching let go
Contacted Tommy Bahama guest services and they are telling me to deal with the store I purchased it from.
Not ok - they should be aware of the quality of merchandise that they are putting their name on and profiting from

Hint, if you make a reservation and your time slot is not available, try going earlier. There are often tables available.

I purchased 4 casual shirts - 3 short sleeved and 2 long sleeved. After wearing them for 1 seasons, the material frayed and had holes. It wasn't in just one of the garments that had these problems but all of the products. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact the retailer (Macy's) for their return policy. Tommy Bahama assumed not accountably for the very poor quality of their product. From a company that charges a premium price, I would expect a premium product. I've purchased similar products from Land's End that I'm still wearing 10 years after I purchased them. If you're looking for a great product and a company that stands behind their products, buy from Land's End.

Never have a problem with Tommy Bahama. They ship quickly and the quality is always good. They do tend to run a little small.
I purchased 2 pairs of jeans that were shipped with Tommy Bahama's Free ground shipping on Feb. 3. By Feb. 11 they had arrived in NJ, one hour south of NYC. They sat there for days: as of Feb. 15 still had not been delivered. I emailed them; I called them. The best they could say is the jeans may be delivered by Feb. 21, which is 12 business days. So, if you order something from Tommy, don't take the free shipping option unless you are willing to wait for weeks for it to arrive. I could have walked from NJ to NYC faster! Quick shipping is part of the customer experience.

I tried numerous times to send an egift card for my brothers birthday. Numerous times I tried sending $100 dollars for his gift card. It kept saying the gift card was unfortunately out of stock. Then I called customer services to order directly and even they couldn't handle it. Quite conveniently, the cards that you can order are over $100 dollars and those gift cards are in stock. What a crock of $#*!! These people are terrible.
