Overall the shopping experience was great. The products were easy to find on the pages and there were good descriptions. Checkout provided several options with most credit cards. The site did not require me to become a member. After payment, there were several communications to me providing the status of my order. It arrived 3 days following the ordering. Both products showed great quality and they both worked upon arrival. Overall a super experience.

I got the two carrying bags. But two different kind. So I called, talked to George a very nice and kind man. (He was great) he checked the order after I gave him the part numbers on the two bags. He came back on the line and said, he was shipping a correct one, apologized for the mistake of parts. I asked him how I was to ship the wrong one back. He said to keep it cost too much to return. I said thanks. Then a few minutes later I got an email showing another bag being shipped at no charge. I am now going to buy more from your company, very happy customer. Although it is a Christmas present and not opened yet, I was happy over all with the service, shipping and delivery. Unfortunately my husband knows what he is getting for Christmas because it has it on the return label (no Christmas surprise). I have to ship packages to his work because of porch pirates. He is super excited about his gift and he can write a review once he opens it and tries it out.
The small order recently placed was delivered on time and I was happy with the quality of the products received. The people at Kellyco are very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions as a first time metal detecting customer.
I have also had a detector and pin-pointer on back order now for many months. Not Kellco's fault because they are dependent on the manufacturer getting them the products but I wish we were hearing more regarding the status of these back orders. Thus, the reason for a four star rating and not five star.

Prompt service. Little disappointed with all the unexpected "extra" costs like shipping and the customs and duty which kind of soured this purchase a little. None of my other US purchases (all over $100) ended up like this. May look elsewhere for the future - just too much plus, plus with Kellyco. Advice to Kellyco - tell your Canadian customers up front about this stuff.

Ordered Nokta Impact, the detector manual looked like it was previously read and the batteries and charger were missing. I contacted Kellyco which at first were kind of rude to me on the phone but they made things right by sending me another battery charger.
Did lots of research all over the net for my new hobby. I kept coming back to Metaldetector.com as they had the best information on the products and most importantly good customer feedback. Ended up the best deal on my new Garrett GTI 2500 with Treasure Hound Depth Multiplier. This combination saved me thousands of $$$ as the combination met all the needs of my upcoming expedition. Ordered on a Saturday morning they are closed. Order was shipped on Monday and arrived exactly when the confirmation said it would. All of the promised Bonus Items were included in the shipment. Only thing that they should of included with the product I bought on another site and that was a 9.5" Search Coil Cover to protect my smallest search coil. I would recommend the company to others and also purchase from them again.
I ordered a new Garrett detector for my wifes birthday on Friday around lunch and FedEx delivered it the next day. I live in a small town and order practically everything online, but I cant remember anybody shipping faster than Kellyco. Im a repeat customer and for good reasons. Quality products, nobody beats the price, and fast shipping are just a few of the reasons.
So far I like doing business with Kellyco because of the prompt processing of my order of the Whites metal detector! It is a Christmas gift and wont be used till a month from now. So that means I cant give a performance rating on the unit yet till after X-Mas.

I used to use Nautilus Metal Detectors to locate septic tanks. Since it changed hands, they went to detectors that make multiple sounds and I could not find one that I could locate a septic tank with. Finally, I tried the Fisher M-97 with the 11" coil. It works about as well as the old Nautilus. I can find tanks now 3 feet deep and, if I pay close attention, 4 feet. I just received my second one and will probably order another one soon. One advantage over the Nautilus is the simplicity of the Retune Button. The service is very prompt. I have enjoyed working with Kellyco!

Before I ordered the White's Pro Star Headphones I contacted Kellyco, as well as White's Electronics concerning the compatibility to my detector. I was looking for a pleasant (all day) sound, but one that could be adjustable. They are very comfortable to wear, sound is as described, and I recommend the Pro Star headphones. I am delighted.
