Delivery was on time but package was crushed on certain sides. Suggest using sturdier card boad box material.
Great lens at a good price... and the site was easy to use. I wish the lens cap actually fit and stayed on the lens when it's supposed to, but other than that, I am happy with the purchase.
The ordering process was fine, the delivery, anything but. I paid for two day shipping and chose the option of having the package delivered to a nearby FedEx pick-up location to avoid the potential of porch piracy. I received no confirmation the the package's delivery from either KEH or FedEx. A week later, I called KEH and a really friendly and helpful representative let me know that the package had reached its destination. I went to the FedEx Office and was asked for the FedEX tracking number which KEH did not provide. After convincing the FedEx employee that he could look up the package by my name and check my identification, I finally received the camera 8 days after it was delivered without notice to the pickup location. Then, to top it all off, the condition of the camera was definitely not "Excellent". The Leica M2's framelines are severely cracked and the top of the camera is scratched well beyond what anyone would describe as excellent. Pretty disappointing experience so far.
The process was simple and worked well. The lens condition is as advertised. I'm looking forward to using the Rokinon SP 14mm f/2.4 lens on the Milky Way this fall when I am in Utah.
All components of my order were really well protected in the shipping box.

First time purchasing from KEH and first time purchasing used. I certainly had my reservations and fears of issues with the order, but I couldn't be happier. My camera, lens, bag, and extra battery all arrived within my selected two-day shipping window. All items were well-packaged and protected from potential damage and package mishandling, the lens has no visible defects of any kind for a lightly used item, the camera body only has cosmetic scratches below the dials, which is more of a patina than a defect. The screen is completely free of scratches, splotches, cracks, etc. I could not be happier with my purchase and my fears of used equipment have been quelled.
I have made multiple orders within a year mainly lenses and have greatly appreciated the service and products. I was shipped a lens that was not working properly and they replaced it with a better one. Top notch. Thanks KEH team!
Fast shipping and delivery. The camera was in the overall condition indicated ( excellent +) with the exception that the light meter works only intermittently. My assessment of the problem is that the pitting evident on the battery cover is causing battery connection problems. I completed a temporary fix by inserting a small piece of aluminium foil between the battery and the cover. This fault has resulted in me spending $30 in order to obtain a replacement cover as a long term repair. IMO this problem should have been corrected before delivery.
I had a great experience shopping for a discontinued light meter. The quality description was very accurate to what I received, and the experience from shopping to delivery was great. I would definitely buy from KEH again.
I have ordered several lenses from KEH in the past, but this was my first time ordering a used camera. The condition was as expected, and shutter count was very good as well. They placed it in a KEH branded camera bag, and while it is not the nicest bag I have seen, it was a nice touch, and I actually used it while shooting a band the other night.
I've been checking out KEH for years and also had recieved there catalogs by mail. I was always hesitant ordering used with out seeing the item first. I ordered the Sigma 120-300 f2.8 lens. I recieved it as quoted. When I recieved my new lens it was really amazed by how much better the grading was. I am very pleased with my new lens and will be shopping KEH again

I've heard wonderful reviews of KEH on my search for quality equipment. I ordered my camera from a different vender but I bought my lens from KEH. Not only did the lens arrive early but the condition it was in blew me away. For a 36 year old lens to look like it was fresh out of the box was incredible. I'm thoroughly impressed by the quality of my purchase. I've tested it out in various situations so far and it has yet to fail me. I know I'll be coming back to KEH for my next lens purchase.
Got it a few days early. Lens is nice and sharp enough, bought at excellent +. Worth what I paid, much rather buy from here than full price for basically the same quality. Lens performs well for portraits, pictures of the moon, bare bones "nature photography" (if you can get close enough undetected).

The Nikon EM Grade EX+ KEH just sent me doesn't work. I've put fresh batteries in it and have even swapped battery carriers with the Nikon EM body I already have. That one works with either battery carrier but the one I just bought is dead.

Good fast delivery, greatest quality camera, everything works great, wish the website had better pictures like if your getting just a camera body don't show it with a lens on I thaught I was getting it with a kit lens for the price but it was just body only didn't relize till after I payed
