I ordered a few accessories for my cameras and had it shipped to a local Fedex location. KEH packages their items well and so far have been incredible to work with!

Made a small order to test the waters. Order was executed well. Safely packaged. No hiccups with payment.

Did not know it was a sign to have the package delivered. KEH has most FedEx shipping options blocked. So I had to jump through many loops so I could pick up in-store since I work during the day!

Once I got this changed it was fine. Would and will order from again.

I've bought several items from KEH so seeing the perfect condition of the Canon R6 camera should not have been surprising. But it looked like it had just arrived from the factory. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.

Terrific customer service. I ordered a lens but had my credit refused. Called and spoke to a gentleman ( I apologize for not remembering his name) explaining what happened. I tried too many times and it locked me out. He said he was working on Saturday and would make a note to follow up. Saturday I got a call from him saying my card went thru and it would be shipped at the beginning of the week.

Bought a 14-year-old OEM battery grip for a 14-year-old camera.
Order arrived, and item works perfectly for bargain price.
Zero complaints. 100% will order again.

Overall experience was great, product I'm not sure about yet, looks like there is something in the forward glass that's foreign. I got disappointed and put it back in the box for now. Shipping was on the plus side

KEH is outstanding. Items have been delivered on time, and have always in better condition than their grading.

Buying a camera (even used) can be stressful- KEH answered my questions and gave good advice. They did not try to steer me to buy the more expensive camera/lens but the one that most fit my needs. Have recommended the company to friends. And the camera and lens were packed so safely! Love the cases that they came in as well- added bonus! If I had a drawback, I would love a manual for the camera (but I didn ´ t ask yet).

Process easy quick painless prices good. Will definitely being using this site again. Lense came quickly with no damage from transport haven't had good weather to use outside yet but am super excited for spring to be here

At least third time buying a lens from KEH. Not sure how they source such flawless hardware. This one about 75% of the price of a brand new one made the choice very easy. My confidence in them was not misplaced.

Used SB-800. Excellent buying / delivery experience. Product in very good working condition as advertised. One small piece was initially missing but they were very quick to mail that component to me at no extra cost. Will definitely buy from them again.
