Don't purchase anything from this company! I purchased a "Keen Premium Waterproof Ankle Boot". It wasn't a "Keen" product, very poor quality materials and construction, had no size or materials label, and was way smaller than size ordered. Customer service is very poor, and will not honor their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". It was shipped to me from California, but they insisted I pay full shipping cost to send it back to China before they would agree to provide me with a return mailing address. They also wanted pictures and measurements (with a ruler), to prove my claims of dissatisfaction. The worst company I've ever dealt with!

Shoes run very small. Return policy states 10 days to return merchandise but gives no address for returns. Shipments come with no paperwork. Emails to customer service resulted in a very late response. I shipped shoes back to return address on package. They can't contact this warehouse and locate the shoes so I'm out my money and the shoes. Not helpful at all. Terrible customer service. English is obviously not the first language of the customer service department. Very hard to communicate. Do not order! Shoes very poor quality.

Ripoff

These are some of the cheapest looking shoes I have ever seen. Picture on website looked so nice. They were mailed to me in a plastic bag. No papers or invoice included in the bag. There is no way I am paying $20 to $30 to send them back. Plus, I ordered a half size larger than what I normally wear and they are still too small. I have seen shoes in Dollar stores that look better than these. So disappointing. Hate to be ripped off. I always heard that a bought lesson is the best kind. Definitely taught me a lesson about ordering without checking all the reviews. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The shoes that arrived were nothing like the ones in the photos on their website. They are a smelly vinyl. The company won't return your email so I disputed the charge on my credit card claiming fraudulent advertising. My credit card permanently refunded my money.

Ridiculous

I purchased a pair of boots that were $70 and when I received them looked nothing like the picture of the boot that they were portraying. They were super super thin no soul Ten cent worth boots. They would not give me a full refund but however told me if I shipped the boots back they would give me a 75% refund. I agreed to that, and shipped the boots back to China. I have contacted them over the last three months, and they have not returned any of my money. So they got me twice.

This is a rip off

The "shoes" I received were almost comical. They looked like shoes that would go on a doll. And, of course, when I tried to return them, they didn't respond to emails or provide any address or return label. This is absolutely a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!.

I ordered a pair of their leather booties -from the picture it looks like great quality, warm, and comfortable. What I received was a pari of feather light vinyl like slippers that were a size too small even though I ordered my size. To exchange you have to send the original back and pay the freight to CHINA with no guarantee it will arrive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!

STAY AWAY! They are NOTHING WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKS. ORDERED SIZE 10 1/2 got size 9 1/2 they insisted they were the right ones. I did not try to exchange for more garbage, SHYSTERS STAY WAY AWAY DONT BUY!

I ordered boots. They are total crap, cheap and ugly. When I returned them I returned them to the address on the package that I received. KEENWALK so called "customer service" told me they didn't get my boots because I mailed them to the wrong address. She gave me their address in China. So, the scam is 1)you order shoes 2) You return them to the address on the package 3) They go to the wrong address 4)By the time you get them back in the mail it is way over their return policy which is that the item has to be returned within 10 days. 5) I'm pretty sure it takes more that 10 days for mail to reach China from anywhere in the US. 6) The address in China is probably not their real address. 7) They are using CLT Computers Inc. as their spoof address or whatever so no one can find them and shut them down. They don't have to refund money when they never receive the item because it was returned to some address in California. What B. S. I am so angry. I reported them to econsumer.gov. All of you on this website should too. Let's get them shut down!
