I ordered boots. They are total crap, cheap and ugly. When I returned them I returned them to the address on the package that I received. KEENWALK so called "customer service" told me they didn't get my boots because I mailed them to the wrong address. She gave me their address in China. So, the scam is 1)you order shoes 2) You return them to the address on the package 3) They go to the wrong address 4)By the time you get them back in the mail it is way over their return policy which is that the item has to be returned within 10 days. 5) I'm pretty sure it takes more that 10 days for mail to reach China from anywhere in the US. 6) The address in China is probably not their real address. 7) They are using CLT Computers Inc. as their spoof address or whatever so no one can find them and shut them down. They don't have to refund money when they never receive the item because it was returned to some address in California. What B. S. I am so angry. I reported them to econsumer.gov. All of you on this website should too. Let's get them shut down!
