I got the offer to buy at $411 but was told I can't get it and then end up buying at $462. If there is anyway to get me the credit back of $50, I am willing to up reviews to 5.
I was so pleased with my experience. It was so nice that a customer service representative called to update me after I placed my order on approximately how long it would take to shop my order, then my order was recieved before the estimated time given which was great!
Price was lower than anywhere else and item came packaged well so that it was no broken. Will definitely recommend this company to others looking for kitchen and bath items.
I don't know the toilet model I have so it was very difficult to find the tank lid I needed. However the photos helped and I was able to find one that mostly fits.
My shopping experience was informative and easy. The shower doors I ordered arrived in one piece and promptly. The only issue I had that caused slight stress was that the tracking number didn't work.
KB Authority promptly processed and shipped order. Only issue was with carrier AIT; after reviewing tracking, I had to follow-up with them to ascertain delivery. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
I received the part, but after buying 3 different wrenches I am unable to remove the faucet to install your part. I am waiting for a plumber to come to the house!
Never received tracking info until after shipment was received. Could not tell me where my shipment was. Shipping was fast however. Overall good experience and excellent value!
