I ordered a pair of pants, but received a shirt with similar color. So cannot return?! Totally fraud
Well i bought a unif bundy jumper, and there was a good sale on, i found out the one item i wanted was not eligiable, the sale stated "... on orders over...". My order was well over that, it was misleading, i had one sales rep tell me i hadn't ordered enough, recieved item is faulty, they will not refund shipping as i paid for express to wear immediately, as im going for major surgery and will only be able to wear for a month, they will only refund shipping back after im out of pocket, when i paid for express this is unacceptable, their customer service is a joke! Stay away! So now im left to get it fixed at my own expense if i wish to wear it at all. You can find their brands elsewear, use those sites do not use karmaloop!
I've ordered from Karmaloop in the past & never experienced the bull$#*! until NOW! The customer service sucks so bad it's frustrating! I start school in a few weeks and STILL don't have the items I purchased. No email, call, text, NOTHING! After I get my money back IN FULL i will never buy from this site again. I don't understand why they accept the payment if the items are either unavailable or out of stock? That'll just further complicate things and piss off ALOT of people. They're only getting 1 star because I couldn't put up a shooting negative star on fire with "$#*! this scamming site" written in bold letters on the side.
Customer Service SUCKS, Shipping sucks. They flag your order for any reason. They cancelled my order because I didn't put the extra four digits in the zip code. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered 2 items, with 40% discount, i couldn t wait for my items to arrive. When they arrived i had the shock of my life, since i had to pay 100$ VAT. They have stated the full value of the item instead of stating the value i have payed for, with 40%discount.the shoes costed 202$, but i have bought them with the 40%of discount and actually payed111$. So, i belive you have to state as value the one that i payed for. What pissed me off the most was, that i actually emailed customer service and their guy Cornell, assured me that they state the value that i actually payed for.
I have emailed them about this, but as expected they haven t answered me.at least apologize, offer a refund, or a discount code, that shows that you care about your buisness and customers. What i thought i have gotten a great deal with the discount, i had to pay for VAT that were false declared. NEVER AGAIN!
Karmaloop got products from karmaloop in January and February 5 orderers im jusr recibe 2 incomplete,,, they say they will fix, jajaj im still wating, they are a big thief they never send me a tracking number never... im so mad I know is not enough to demand but if some others want to do we can demand all together I don't know just im mad, Micaela was the person answers my emails, then she never answer again phone number doesn't work, im sorry for my English lol
I will never buy anything from karmaloop again, I live in the UK and ordered a jacket 11 dec, I am still waiting and constantly still getting fed lies, one customer service agent says it's in the warehouse and then another one says they are waiting for it to arrive in the warehouse, while another one says it would of been delivered by the 24-12 and still nothing, just lies, I am going to contact trading standards about this company as it's a complete joke.

Paid for a item that wasn't shipped until 10days after, its been nearly 3 weeks since it was shipped to the Germany Hub and still haven't received my item. Also because they don't have tracking for when it comes to europe i have no whereabouts of item. On top of that after emailing Karmalopp 3 times they still fail to respond to any of my emails.
This site is great! It has a lot of designer items for a lot less then other places. Shipping is fast and you can track your package every step of the way.
I was "happy" when I found out about the 30% off but when but I bought my 3 pairs of Dr. Martens it went downhill! I live in Canada, when i picked up my package i paid $101.00 more! Its like the 30% off that I saved from the website! It was such a SCAM! I wonder how can i report this kinda modus! Plus when I received the 3 pairs the other 2 doesn't fit because it was a FEMALE size 8 of Dr Martens! It don't show if their DM's are female or Men size! I couldn't send them back because of the shipping fee that I have to pay! Im thinking that i just sell them! I HATE that i have to go through this! I usually buy online but this! I WILL NEVER BUY THINGS from KARMALOOPS again! :(
Seriously!? How can KarmaLoop get such bad reviews? I KNOW they're a legitimate biz. My husband used to buy crap their all the time. The ONLY thing I hate about KarmaLoop is that they're so expensive... and I'm selfish so the less my husband spends on himself the more I get to spend on me... so yea KarmaLoop doesn't see me very often.
But their brands are legit, they've always gotten our stuff to us in less than three weeks, and everything looks exactly the way it did in the picture.
To be honest, I didn't read any of your reviews, I just don't mind this site and am really confused about the low review.
The point of reviews is to declare a businesses trustworthiness, NOT how badly you suck at online shopping. Remember that the next time you throw a fit. If there's a chance you might have to go through a return process with something you're buying online, then DON'T buy it. Returns are a hassle if for no other reason than the fact that stuffing the crap back in the bag, resealing it, labeling it for shipping, and then scheduling a pick up or dropping it off sounds like WAY too much work. Go to the store or get out the tape measure.
And if you hate their prices, go somewhere else. Nobody is making you pay $80 for a sweatshirt.
TO ALL CANADIAN CUSTOMERS, DO NOT SHOP WITH KARMALOOP! The duties and custom fees equate between 45-60% of your overall purchase price!
If you make and exchange on an item, dutie and customs will be reapplied to that item. Was not impressed with paying COD twice on the same item.
Ordered 9 pairs of shoes a month ago for my upcoming wedding. Paid with PAYPAL and two weeks ago got an email saying payment had been returned. Contacted Karmaloop asking what had happened and they asked for the order number. They had never sent one but I sent them the invoice number from PAYPAL. After 6 emails over the last two weeks I have not received a reply. Payment has not been sent back to my account what I can see. Have tried calling their international service and was on hold for over 20mins, hung up as it cost a fortune to call from Australia. The customer service at this place has been absolutely awful. Seems to me (from reading complaints below) this company does not care about you if you get something on sale or for cheeper than it usually is. I had got a great deal and was very excited that I would save money for my big day but it has turned out a nightmare. I now have no Shoes for my groomsman and it is two weeks till my wedding. If you cant provide for the prices you are advertising don't have sales. Have always heard great things about this site but cant believe they have treated this situation with no care. Very disappointed!

I ordered a Gold Medusa CZ Medallion Style Ring in 16/12/2013 and now is 15/01/2014 but nothing yet, not package. I emailed them 2 times but no reply? I read all the review about this site and I was thinking dis I lost my money? This is the last time I order from this site. Next time, I'm going to order from River Island or some site like that.

Placed an order on Mar. 6, never got my package,
I've been tracking the package with the tracking number they provided.
And the status of my package never shows En-route, but Electronic Notification only.
I asked them few times about my package, they just said it's on the way to me.
Then guess what, today i got a email from Karmaloop, says that my order has been cancelled, becuz it was un-deliverable, how the hell it was un-deliverable?! Don't they need to contact me first if they can't deliver by the time? But i didn't see any missed phone calls.
And i actually have sent a email to DHL Globe, which is Karmaloop's shipping carrier,
I asked them about the package with the tracking number Karmaloop has provided to me,
And DHL said, they didn't receive the package at all!
So i don't know what the hell they were doing with my order, i shopped from them many times, and always something's up,
3 times faulty item, 1 time wrong size, and now is stupid un-deliverable thing which shouldn't ever happen and never happened before.
And their customer service is way worse than before.

Ordered from Miss KL, a sister site of KarmaLoop. I'm posting this message as a warning to others, and in protest to the way I've been treated by Miss KL's customer service. A few months back I ordered a pair of shoes. The box arrived quickly, but due to an unfortunate mistake they had packed the wrong order. Something supposed to go to a male customer with a size 12 instead of my size 7.
This is were all the trouble started. I tried to make contact about this, but I received no response. Not untill I opened a dispute through paypal about three weeks later. Then all of a sudden they contacted me. Since the contact was then established and going well, we agreed I would send back the wrong package and would get a full refund. I did so, sent the package back and sent them a confirmation with tracking. A few days later the dispute through Paypal automatically closed, and despite my unwavering attempts I have still heard nothing since. I have been stolen from by MissKL. This is absolute horrendous customer service, even more than that, this is criminal. I paid for a product, customs taxes and return shipping costs, all for a product I never received! Think carefully before ordering from Miss KL, don't trust them like I did and throw your money away.
I order a hate a month ago to be deliver to NJ still no hate. They don't respond to email or phone calls just take your money and that's it. They don't even deserve a star at all
As others have mentioned, if you ship to Canada prepare for COD charges- not the same as duty. When my package was delivered I was expected to pay an additional $15, on my $52 order. Even the delivery man clarified that it was NOT duty, but indeed a COD charge that was placed on the item from KARMALOOP. This was even reflective when I followed my "tracking" -- it said my package was a COD, even when it was still in transition in the states.
Don't order from karmaloop unless you're prepared for a COD charge. The "deals" aren't really worth it.

We have issued you a refund for $32.93, which will take between 2-7 business days to be fully processed. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

I appreciate that, but when you have flat rate shipping - most customers don't want to pay 9$ shipping for 15$ shirt. It would make more sense to check with the customer than to cancel 2/3 of the order the same time you ship the single item. I just received the out of stock/cancellation notice no more than an hour ago

Answer: They do not refund. They will give you store credit which isn't as cut and dry as it sounds... it can only be applied to certain items which are few and far between and you have to pay shipping too.
Answer: I still can't figure out what kind of shape they are in. They have yet to make good on over $100 in returns since xmas! They promise store credit codes that don't work or that disappear when you go to use them. I spent so much time and energy trying to get resolve and just took up with them AGAIN on Twitter since that is apparently their only monitored customer service option. I don't know how they possibly could have come back after putting the screw to so many. They prob owe so much out they won't turn a profit anytime soon. If anyone has any solid info on their status I would really appreciate it as well. Meanwhile I'll keep looking for more info.
Answer: It's all one company. The whole company is in bankruptcy proceedings. Google "Karmaloop bankruptcy" and you'll see. I'd steer clear of KL if you like your money, and if you've been waiting for any items you've ordered, good luck.
