International customers, beware... with this site you will spend more then intended.
I ordered 2 items, with 40% discount, i couldn t wait for my items to arrive. When they arrived i had the shock of my life, since i had to pay 100$ VAT. They have stated the full value of the item instead of stating the value i have payed for, with 40%discount.the shoes costed 202$, but i have bought them with the 40%of discount and actually payed111$. So, i belive you have to state as value the one that i payed for. What pissed me off the most was, that i actually emailed customer service and their guy Cornell, assured me that they state the value that i actually payed for.
I have emailed them about this, but as expected they haven t answered me.at least apologize, offer a refund, or a discount code, that shows that you care about your buisness and customers. What i thought i have gotten a great deal with the discount, i had to pay for VAT that were false declared. NEVER AGAIN!

My first order from this place was dreadful. I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday, by ordering a moto jacket. 1. they haven t provided any tracking nr, saying that usps doesn t provide track. Nr. With priority parcels.
2.the jacket was worn, had pieces of hair hanging out of the caps, food stains on the inside(i actually had to rub off the encrusted food :(( ), make up marks, and the sewing on the arm, and under the armpits was torn.(their M size model, was posing with the S size jacket)
3.my wife was pissed at me, acussing me of buying her second hand gifts
4.my wife didn t want to return the jacket because we were afraid we will loose all the money and the product, and asked for a partial refund
5. Never got any money back, and they stated 200$ merchendiseon the package(i payed 110$)and had to pay 60$ VAT
7. They coud have at least give me the money back that i payed for them declaring the wrong price, but they didn t.
