Bought a jumper and waited almost 4 months for then decided to email karma loop, they were cooperative at the start but kept asking me for the tracking code of the item when they hadn't even given me one. They eventually shipped the item again and that was over a month ago now. Not pleased in the slightest with the service and delivery.
Their service is ridiculous... I had ordered an item that's "kazbah" which just means that it's shipped from a different warehouse, and not karma loops. That's fine with me but, the agent told me that my item has already shipped. She gave me a tracking number and I've been checking it consistently to see that it hasn't even been shipped yet, and it's been a good while. I just don't appreciate how long it takes to get a response from them.
I had a gift certificate with my own money from items i had return and now its no longer active because they went into bankrupt. But wanna steal my money and still update the website with new items and they didnt even want to notified me with an email of this issue. Save your money and buy somewhere else!
Seems everybody has the same problem, karmaloop take your order and money and never deliver the product, or a refund, or even a reply to tell you what's going on for that matter. Absolute fraud website that needs to be shut down and fined majorly

DO NOT order from karmaloop! Processing returns and receiving refunds is a nightmare. Still havent received a refund for my returns from all the different vendors and deliveries were processed and returned nearly a month ago!
I wrote a review earlier and this is a follow up. At the time I was still waiting for the correct item to be sent to me after they cancelled my first order with no explanation then when I ordered again they sent the wrong item I sent it back and had been waiting for replacement with the correct item. I never got it. They issued me a refund instead over a month after I originally placed the order. Their service really sucks!
Be very careful... the quality of product is not very good! After my daughter tried on the shoe she ordered, and it fit fine, she did not wear it again for a couple of weeks. When she did, the zipper broke. She called to find out what she needed to do to return it, and she was told, she had to order another pair of shoes, and then return the original pair she bought for herself. We are talking about a 16 year old girl, who has very limited income and was being taken advantage of when told she had to order another pair of shoes in order to return the original pair. Definitely would not recommend the product, or the quality of the customer service, because when i called to try and get some better resolution, i was told she was "outside" the timeframe allowed for their return policy... to me that means they know that their product WILL break, and probably pretty early in the lifetime of the product...
I have never in my life had such issues with getting items that I have paid for shipped. AND I AM NOT INTERNATIONAL! They can't even get domestic shipping right. They put up bogus tracking information that is virtually untraceable because they process the order, but never actually hand the product to the carrier. Also, since "Cornell" at Karmaloop could not locate my items, he promised to process a refund. Ironically, most of the rest of my items were shipped the next day, however, UPS still has not received the package. Any other half-brained retailer can ship items efficiently. Either this place is ran by a bunch or middle school dropouts on Valium, or they are completely unethical. Beware. Stay far away from this company and try and order from Zappos or Amazon. They have great customer service with people who actually have compassion and have the ability to ship your items efficiently.
I've placed an order with KL on February 27,2015...
As this is day 10 of the 5-10 business days they are allotted to get your $#*! shipped on its way to the customer, I am growing more and more concerned. Especially after reading what others have already posted. I ordered a t-shirt and a crewneck sweatshirt, both from the KITE clothing section of Karmaloop. Today I tried my hardest to get in contact with any form of customer service other than *******@KarmaLoopHelp bull$#*! and had no success. They just tweeted me saying my items were "drop-shipped". Meaning they are suppose to be shipped directly from the vendor. I then tried to contact KITE through their customer service email, have yet to receive a reply.
I purchased a hat from karmaloop. However the site prompted me to create an account for future purposes and I ignored it and clicked the link provided to navigate away from the sign up page. Now I do not even know my order number nor can I create an account now because I am not considered a 'new customer' anymore and the error shows that an account with my email already exists. I tried to retrieve my password to an account I had supposedly made, but the e-mail containing a temporary password was never sent/ recieved. So now I have no order form or any way of knowing if my package is even going to be sent or not.
I was shocked to show up and have to pay duty. You should make this more apparent. I was just about to order more products but I won't be doing that. How do I get my duty back if I have to ship back anything. Be more apparent when you order so we know what we are getting
This place has a great selection of cute and affordable clothes. I got some great shoes and two really cute dresses. They arrived in only a couple of days, and they look just as good in person as they look online. This was one of the best online shopping experiences.

I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. I place an ordered for two sweaters. Am extremely disappointed in the very poor quality of the sweaters. Very poor quality. The sizing is also awful. The medium sweater in ladies could fit a child. I live in Canada. I had to pay $51 in duties and COD charges! Plus to return these items I have to pay for shipping. This is by far the worst online experience I have encounter. And I have done a lot of online shopping.
CANADIANS - DO NOT ORDER FROM KARMALOOP!
I read the terrible reviews and thought to give them a chance anyway. My additional duty/customs/taxes/ brokerage fees etc. totalled over 50% of the purchase price! I have NEVER EVER had this problem before ordering from the US. And no, I am not some amateur online shopper. I order from American sites all the time.
Their international shipping problems, in my opinion, stem from two places. First, they quote the full retail value of your items, even if you got them on sale so you could potentially be paying customs two + times what you should. Second, they ship DHL. This means brokerage fees and almost always poorly calculated customs/taxes.
Until they start quoting the actual price paid (not full retail value) and shipping with USPS (they currently use DHL) I will not order from them. EVER. Nor should you.

Made an order which included ladron sunglasses by crooks and castles ($75 NZD) so pretty expensive for me. However, when my order arrived instead of the sunglasses i got a rather ugly, grey t shirt. This was about 3-4weeks ago and since then i have sent multiple emails, attempted to make phone calls and even tried to contact them on facebook and have had no response or feedback. Seems like they have screwed up and are just ignoring me now that they have my money :(
Of course, they always have huge deals but most of the time, you're not eligible to access those sales because your items are not included. The shipping took way longer than said and the customer service is pure $#*!. The shoes I ordered were scratch everywhere and they couldn't help me with anything. She was rude and unheplful. I'm definitly not purchasing there ever again
I've been buying on and off from karmaloop for a few years now and have noticed all items having some sort of defect. The most recent was actually majorly unwearable. I contacted karmaloop and was suppose to receive an item for the same price or of lesser vaue!
Only problem is, is that they seem to shuffle you around between different people who work at the company and never actually do anything about situations like this!

Answer: They do not refund. They will give you store credit which isn't as cut and dry as it sounds... it can only be applied to certain items which are few and far between and you have to pay shipping too.
Answer: I still can't figure out what kind of shape they are in. They have yet to make good on over $100 in returns since xmas! They promise store credit codes that don't work or that disappear when you go to use them. I spent so much time and energy trying to get resolve and just took up with them AGAIN on Twitter since that is apparently their only monitored customer service option. I don't know how they possibly could have come back after putting the screw to so many. They prob owe so much out they won't turn a profit anytime soon. If anyone has any solid info on their status I would really appreciate it as well. Meanwhile I'll keep looking for more info.
Answer: It's all one company. The whole company is in bankruptcy proceedings. Google "Karmaloop bankruptcy" and you'll see. I'd steer clear of KL if you like your money, and if you've been waiting for any items you've ordered, good luck.
