I ordered two sarees to be delivered on the 20th of April. It is 18th of April now and I do not hear anything from them. They are not available through phone calls or emails. How can they leave a customer in the dark with no point of contact at all? The product was supposed to be shipped on April 7th. Please Beware of this company. I am going to have legal actions taken against them so that I get my money back. But do not use them company. Instead use bharatplaza which I just used and they have also a chat option and almost all the sarees are available there as well.

I have ordered from this site many times. I discovered them back in 2004. At that time, the items were far more elaborate and pricey but the quality was amazing. I will say that for the past 2 years... this is no longer the case. I ordered 4 items from them in October/2015. Per delivery time listed on each item, I would have had all of them on time for my event. Nonetheless, I received an email advising me that they could not deliver to the address I had indicated as it did not match my billing address and requesting me to confirm if they can deliver to my billing address. I responded letting them know that I live in an apartment and do not like packages delivered and left at my door and prefer deliveries at my office therefore to just cancel my order. Weeks go by and I do not hear from them until 2 weeks before my event advising me that an item I ordered is 2 inches shorter then it is described on the site. I reply that I had already canceled my order as they won't deliver to my office. We continue to go back and forth via email and they basically force me to purchase 3 out of the 4 items. I relent advising them that the items MUST arrive prior to my event and the quality must be good. They promised to ship the next day and promised the quality was great. They did not ship the next day as promised... they shipped it almost 9 days later and I received the package 2 days before my event. Leaving me NO TIME to alter and worst of all... they were of EXTREMELY poor quality. It was basically thrown together with cheap material and by someone who clearly did not know how to sew. I would strongly suggest to anyone who is contemplating using this site to PLEASE AVOID them... they are not the same Kaneesha they used to be and it is unfortunate. I have disputed the charge at my credit card company and reached out to Kaneesha for a refund as well... hopefully they will oblige and not stand by the items they sent me as being up to their standards.

My mom and I want to tell Kaneesha how SPECTACULARLY pleased we are with my order. I was stopped over and over at the black-tie wedding by women wanting to know where I bought my dress. I wore one of the dresses to the Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas and it was among the nicest dresses at the event. The dress was made perfectly and exactly to the measurements we sent - and I am a plus size, but you fit me exactly. I wish I could attach a picture of me in my dress for you to see. Thank you for the perfect dress that made me feel comfortable, well dressed and beautiful! The price was right, the quality was high and the delivery was on time! I have NO reservations about ordering from this website. We ordered two dresses and they are both wonderful. I am sure I will enjoy them for other special occasions. I ordered my wedding jewelry from Kaneesha, and it arrived broken without any packaging protection or even a tissue around the jewelery. When I contacted Kaneesha, they said that my parents should not have accepted the package -- as if it was their fault! -- and refused to give me a refund. That, and they haven't even bothered to respond to any of my emails asking for further mediation and a refund. Broken wedding jewelry, and not even an apology or a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM KANEESHA. THEY ARE THE WORST INTERNET BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Who is heartless enough not to care about a bride's jewelry?! As it was, I had to struggle to find replacements and it was very stressful for me.

WORST experience ever! The photos look nice and when you receive the products they look like $#*!! Customer service SUCKS! I returned the products and got the run around about my refund and on top of it they hit me with a 5% restocking fee! They are a very dishonest company and should not be allowed to sell in the USA. Shady shady shady company! NEVER AGAIN will i orde rfrom them. And I will tell all my friends about my horrible experience!
