Do not buy their products. They will not provide any refunds if the package is opened. How do you know if something works unless you try it.
The vape pen I purchased did not work well. Keeps plugging after the first draw. I worked with their services representative and tried all the suggested fixes, none made any difference. One suggestion was to use a toothpick to make a hole in the center of the material to help with the draw. Total rip-off and I'm out $100.
Fit for the bin if packaging is open amd item damaged. You have had it no exchange or refund
Customer service have you going around in circles. If you don't want drama. Buy another brand.
Absolutely appalling service. Stay clear of this company. Just a gimmick take your cash. No interest if item works or not.

My session never worked right. After a lot of back and forth they sent me new atomizers and none worked. They refuse to refund my money! They won't pay for shipping it back to be looked at and the guy on the phone kept laughing when I explained how upset I was... I've had this less than a month and it won't work at all. I've posted two negative reviews on their website and they delete them. Horrible customer service and horrible device.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Kandy Pens. I purchased the Oculus three times, hoping for a functional product. However, each time I returned it for repairs, they sent back parts that were still damaged and defective. To make matters worse, they refuse to offer any refunds. Dealing with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.
First purchase was ok, but slow to arrive. Second purchase has been worse. Customer support is non-existent and *very* slow to respond, if at all. They indicated product was in-stock when I ordered (even via chat with them!) but after a couple of days with no update for my order sent an email to them. They did not respond for a couple more days so I opened a ticket. After another day waiting they told me that it's out-of-stock and "you must've missed our email". THERE WAS NO EMAIL FROM THEM. Chatted with Chris at kandypen yesterday. He looked into it and said it had not shipped and would cancel (per my request) and refund. An hour later they sent a "pre-shipment" notification and still have not shipped. I assume the pre-shipment is so they can charge the CC and not refund or cancel. Pretty underhanded and untruthful... avoid them.
Worst product and customer service ever!. Took brand new Session out of the box, charged it, and it wouldnt turn on. Immediately called Kandypens for a refund and was told since I've opened the package I'm not entitled to a refund! How else would I know it doesn't work unless I plugged it in? I was offered their "highest level of support" (to an item that never worked) as an alternative. Well, the highest level of support is a refund. Really awful company
Poor customer service I didn't really love their customer service representative you write and no one to reply just think they are all scammers. Just ordered with (ganja-estates.com) and l hit my tracking number and it's say it's on its way and the UPS shipping agency just called me and said the package will be arriving in 2days time (ganja-estates.com) is legit and reliable thanks.
I bought a Crystal Vape Pen from KandyPens and tried it out. The mouthpiece got so hot that it burned my lip. They will not allow me to return the product and I can't use it now. So stay the hell away from this company!
Purchased a Flacko Jacko for $148 in Mahogany directly from Kandypens site to use 2-3 times a week. After 3mos the finish began to chip, after large pieces of the finish were gone. By month 6 battery died.
Customer service was poor, sent pics and video response time was ok but the solution Was Not. I was offered a different color battery case so my classy Jacko would be downgraded to a junkshop mismatch of pieces and parts with the heavily chipped canister.

So sorry I trusted bogus reviews and spent twice as much as I would have on a good pen. From the moment you push that button it is a fight. The top is always clogged, so you have to try and use that useless tool they give you to scrape it. After fighting that battle and you can feel some air through the cap the next fight begins. Now you try to get a hit. Suck and suck and suck as you will, and you will get a buzz, but it will be from oxygen deprivation from trying to get something out of this hellstick.
Once you FINALLY can get a mediocre hit the pen is so hot, and the top is so hot you try to do a balancing act of getting a hit without burning your lips because you got this far, may as well.

I'll make a long story short. Purchased a Crystal 2 vape from them as an upgrade to my previous vape (Yocan Evolve XL). After receiving it and testing it I realized the crystal 2 is basically a polished turd. It takes FOREVER to get a decent vape "cloud". I literally contacted them through email withing 24 hours of receiving it and testing it out. I asked for their return policy and instead of being straightforward with me it took 4 emails full of tips and tricks for the rep to tell me I can't return it. At the very least I would have expected them to exchange it for a different product. Save yourself from the headache and buy from a different company like Yocan. At least you'll get a product that actually works well.
I love KandyPens. I've been a customer for many years and have several of their products. I had one product replaced after I broke it (which was quite surprising since it was my fault) and overall the customer service has been great!
I purchased the Oculus recently and absolutely LOVE IT!
After buying their Oura, which was a defective piece of junk, my credit card number was stolen and used on grubhub. I just got a notification from them 4/23/2020 despite the theft happening in November. They aren't reputable and shouldn't be used.
It is ridiculous that less than two minutes after ordering they will not cancel my order, and instead tell me to return it less shipping so they can then charge me shipping and handling of 30 Dollars for a tiny item. Shame on them for their shady business practice. We will be contacting our credit card company and the better business bureau about their practices.
I would just like to take a little time to thank you all at Kandypens! I love my new silver surfer! And I liked it so much I took advantage of the 30% discount with the free atomizer you all emailed to me and got me another limited edition in gun metal! Thanks for making a great product with great customer service and fast shipping! I really do appreciate it and I will be sure to share my pen with all off my friends so they too can buy one and experience true taste!
Since writing my previous review my issue has been resolved. The customer service agent who ended up handling my case righted everything and I'm very pleased with the promptness, courtesy and the explanation I received for the previous error. Top notch. I recommend this company.
Miva 2 started breaking after 7 days of mild use (2x a day) and kept breaking and Kandypens refuses to provide a refund. My options are to get a replacement Miva 2 (no point as already 21 days without it at time of this review and other arrangements have been made) or a cheaper vape pen from Kandypens, with no suggestion from this company about how to compensate me for the price difference.
I did my research beforehand and read great reviews about Kandypens customer service but found very little negative feedback. I'm completely surprised and question the validity of the positive reviews, because how could my experience be so completely and totally different? It just doesn't compute and I suspect all the positive reviews weren't from real customers.
I prefer not to give product or company reviews in general, only doing so if the product/service is extremely good or really bad. I decided to give this review, at the expense of my anonymity, so that someone else might benefit from my experience - without going through it themselves.
If i had the option to give zero stars, I would have.
My pen arrived, I loaded less the the suggested amount just to try the pen out. The pen got extreamly hot. So hot that if I would put it to my lips it would burn them. I decided to clean. It out and reload it, and try it again. Same problem. At this point I realized the product was leaking under the glass table and onto the coil. I hit up kandypens, and asked for some help. I sent pictures of the atomizer. I the got a response from kandypens starting I had loaded to much. Which is not true at all. They also said you cannot tip the pen when it is warm as it will leak into the air holes. For the price point this should not leak at all! Most expensive atomizer on market. Kandypens did offer to send me a new atomizer. They offered me the white one as the black one I paid for was not available ( even though I could purchase one on their website) The new atomizer arrived. Again I loaded leas then the amount recommended. The pen still get extremely hot after two sesh modes. The. The new atomizer produces a metallic almost chemical taste. That I can't quite place. I have yet to get this pen to produce even the smallest of hits. This pen is absolute trash. For the price point, and the fact there is no return policy, I'm left feeling like kandypens just ripped me off. Take your money somewhere else, buy a better pen for less money.
I purchased a KANDY PEN (Donuts) about a year ago from the CT Medical marijuana dispensary I go to.
I saved the receipt and the vape pen for concentrates is still working. The only problem I had was, where you unscrew the chamber, the threading became stripped, so it was wobbly and would not hold together.
I messaged Chris in customer service, and he sent a ticket with a number. They had me make a short 10 second video (twice now) to show the threads were indeed, stripped. I never had to mail back any part.
I had the part in 2 days and I shipped back nothing.
The problem is, the battery chamber(s) they mailed out twice, so far, DO NOT WORK. They sent me a part that was the wrong one altogether, so that is 3 tries, and still I have a broken Kandy Pen.
It's super stupid to mail a customer with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE, broken parts, to "make me whole"? I still have nothing and they stopped responding to my emails.
I would not trust them at all.
