Miva 2 started breaking after 7 days of mild use (2x a day) and kept breaking and Kandypens refuses to provide a refund. My options are to get a replacement Miva 2 (no point as already 21 days without it at time of this review and other arrangements have been made) or a cheaper vape pen from Kandypens, with no suggestion from this company about how to compensate me for the price difference.
I did my research beforehand and read great reviews about Kandypens customer service but found very little negative feedback. I'm completely surprised and question the validity of the positive reviews, because how could my experience be so completely and totally different? It just doesn't compute and I suspect all the positive reviews weren't from real customers.
I prefer not to give product or company reviews in general, only doing so if the product/service is extremely good or really bad. I decided to give this review, at the expense of my anonymity, so that someone else might benefit from my experience - without going through it themselves.
If i had the option to give zero stars, I would have.
