Kabayare

They advertise the quality of their clothes but can't provide customer service. I'm upset that I called 20 times and no one picked up or returned my calls. I messaged them to change my address, I even spoke to the robot online, no real person showed up to assist me. Customer service is important for business!

I have been shopping with Kabayare for years, but I will no longer be doing so. I have bought many items from them. Each time, their sizes are different. Sometimes the dresses are just a few inches too long for me, other times they are nearly a foot to long, even when I order the same size. Although their clothing is beautiful, the quality is very poor. Two seams have come undone and one of the sleeves have torn on one of my dresses, and they will not refund, exchange, or make an exception because it's been over 60 days. I'm quite upset because I have only worn it three times since it's a formal dress. Each time that I've called their customer service line with issues, they have been unhelpful. I will no longer be purchasing from them because of the issues that I've had.

From what I am reading here is a issue that happens one time. As a customer I completely disagree with this non sense. My whole family shops from this brand and we are obsessed with the clothing since the first order we purchased. Their customer service is amazing and really nice people they go the extra milage to make your if there is anything wrong they fix it right away. Trust me there are alot more other muslim clothing brand who's clothing are just horrific. I will forever be kabayare life time customer. Every time I wear there dress i get showered with compliments. Thank you guys for your amazing work and may allah continue to bless this company.

I read the review above and I completey disagree with what she is saying... maybe yes you might of had bad experience with them but i dont agree with them being the worst in my opinion they are the best online modest clothing website... about 80% of my clothing are from them and i love each and everything i bought from them. The quality and the price is amazing cant beat that... compare to all these so called modest online shops... expensive... and the quality is not even that great compare to www.kabayarefashion.com. Anyway i have has excellent customer service experience with them... alhamduallah but yes for sure an amazing shop and clothing. Will forever shop from their

This has been my very first experience with Kabayarefashion.com and sure will be my last!

I have placed an order for a total amount of €105.92 on 03/04/2015 for the following items:
Chic Stripes Maxi Dress - €51.78
Eggplant Milk Silk Maxi Dress - €30.60
Plus paid additional €23.54 for international shipping to Belgium.

Waiting for the delivery for over a week to find that the Chic Stripes Maxi Dress I've received contains a quality issue. The sewing pattern around the waist right around the bellybutton area is off track, sewing over doubled material for almost 5 cm. This is very obvious due to it's position and makes the dress fall awkwardly while fitting.

I would not make an issue out of this if I have not paid almost the price of a 2nd Eggplant Milk Silk Maxi Dress for the shipping and could just return my order with free return labels.
But now I am left with faulty item, shipping costs and return shipping costs that cost me in total almost €50 just because kabayerefashion has a poor quality control department.

I have immediately contacted the customer service regarding this issue, asking them how they can resolve this issue, but have been completely ignored. I have written them an e-mail on 3 different occasions and am 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply! They do not send any automated confirmation that your contact form is received. This is beyond acceptable, as I work for the customer service of a major brand and am well aware of my and their rights and obligations. This is the only reason why I have been so patient and understanding, but this is where I draw the line.

Surprisingly leaving a review is also not on option, because kabayare apparently only permits positive reviews to be visible on their website.

I'm VERY disappointed with this website and my shopping experience here and will make sure that others will not become a victim of this website.

I still expect an answer asap and demand that my issue is resolved by refunding my initial shippingcosts+return shipping costs so I can return this order or providing me partial refund off the poor quality dress you have sent me!
