The K9 Training Institute is a social impact organization that was formed to improve the relationship that dog owners around the world have with their pets.
We teach a large number of dog owners every year on the very best ways to train their dogs based on our own research on animal behavior.
We are especially passionate about training rescued dogs and giving them a second chance at finding a loving and caring family.
The company has garnered a positive reputation for its effective dog training techniques, with many customers noting significant improvements in their pets' behavior through the provided resources. The training methods, emphasizing operant conditioning and practical strategies, resonate well with users, fostering a sense of joy in the training process. However, a recurring concern is the affordability of the programs, as several customers express difficulty in accessing paid resources due to financial constraints. Overall, the company is viewed favorably for its informative content and supportive approach, yet it may benefit from exploring more accessible pricing options to enhance customer satisfaction.

I already put some of your free training into effect. Doing better after a couple of days. If I can continue...
An interesting read. Would like to know if this training is fine for an 8 week pup.
The video was very informative and well presented.
Changing diet has helped her to focus for better training.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the K9 Training Institute video. I learned about the importance of operative conditioning and using body language given that my puppies do not fully understand my words.
I'm experienced with dog handling and have had many dogs in my life. It's been years since I trained a pup and wanted a refresher. So far, very impressed with the information received and considering the series purchase. A little steep for my budget, but do see the value it could offer!
I always raise my voice and tell her no jumping or get down, but now I know that all I have to do is turn my head. So thank you for adding that tip to your message. I would like to know how I can get my dog to calm down since she's hyper. I was wondering if I should take her out on runs or more walks since huskies are meant to be runners and not really stay at home dogs. Is there anything I can or should change that?
This program changed my view of training Lucy. As a retired K-9 officer I thought I knew how to approach teaching Lucy to do what I wanted her to do as a family pet. I know know that there is do much more for me to know and I'm interested to go into the advanced program. Life with Lucy is now so much better. Thanks!
I tried the no barking experience and it worked when ignoring him. I am working on leash training he is not bad because at the rescue they had that a socialization there. I just have to tweek him up a little by changing directions.
I've only received positive and great emails so far with K9 Training Institute. Very instructive and helpful emails filled with vital information about their process and how they can make every dog a better dog. I have nothing to complain about with their emails and their tips to help me train my dog to be the dog I want him to be.
I haven't tried the crate training yet but the book is wonderful in as it explains everything in detail. I'm sure it will work because so far I am following instructions on house breaking my 11 week old puppy and after just 4 days she hasn't gone in the house!
I was very happy to receive constant and thorough guidance in regards to how to train my puppy. I am still waiting for few more weeks to bring my puppy home, but I have a plan in place and I am prepared to do a good job in raising a well trained dog! Thank you all!
Hi I have 2 dogs Max and Ben, Ben is 3 and Max is 1 Max learnt the walking together really quick in 5 min as Ben took about 15 min so that is really a great start we are working on the no jumping, Ben is good but Max is still very playful he will take longer. I cant wait to start the door knocking test
Enjoying the tips and tricks they offer. I have trouble with my pup barking at other dogs and people as they walk by. It can be frustrating at times because she is the sweetest dog and is coming off as an aggrieved one when she barks and pulls towards other dogs and people.
The workshop was very helpful, more than the 4 private lessons that I paid for recently with a private company. They basicly told me that my dog had too many problems and they would discuss with the owner and get back with me. They didn't call back for over a month and then only wanting to know if I wanted to resume training with them.
I wish I had seen this workshop before I paid the money for the private lessons. Which was of not much help at all.
I have learned much more from this free workshop that I am now putting into practice..
We are about to embark on adopting a new pup and this mini training series shed light on proper ways to reinforce behaviour, how to communicate and use language they understand! The information and videos were excellent! Thank you!
