I am done with JUUL. Been using it for over a year now and currently have 3 broken devices at home. One was replaced not questions asked but when my silver JUUL wasn't performing as it should I got the b. S run around. Send the device to them, wait 3-5 days to get a "code" and order new device and wait god knows how long to get replacement IF they decide to warranty it. What a joke. I have no problem sending back all the pos devices I have at home. No wonder people I know switched to different devices
I bought a Juul a while ago and had no problems with it. About 6 months down the road the internals started sliding out of the aluminum housing and I emailed their support team. I told them my issue and that the juul still worked but they should try and fix this issue for newer Juuls. I got a response in 12 minutes. It said that a new Juul was on the way, and in less than 48 hours it arrived. That Juul was the new version (with the bigger charging ports) and it has lasted me to this day and counting. Recently (3 days ago) I had an issue with pods leaking. Not through the mouthpiece, but through the bottom of the pod. I told them that I would hardly use a pod and it would be empty. They emailed me back promptly and sent me a some free pods without hesitation. 10/10 customer service.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the price of pods. $17 is a little high considering how little juice you get in 4 pods.
Ive been using juul ever since the start, but now the juul pods doesn't even work the color of the juice is all dark when its suppose to be clear, customer care? They don't give a damn and its not the 1st time this happened if there is a 0 star i would gladly give it 0
Have a JUUL it's starts vaping on its own. Light flashes all different colors. Inconsistent vapor from pull to pull. So try to go on website to get my warranty and they make it completely annoying to just find out how to try to get warranty. Then they have a million tabs on there site but most of them just go to the same places. Why do we have to call to get a warranty started anyway. Don't get it. Have had two devices in less than 6 months and both are not functioning normal, one doesn't function at all. Won't charge and when it did charge it would not produce vapor, like it wasn't sensing suction to start the vapor. That one is the second one I bought also. My idea was to have two to try to make them last longer really worked out well for me.
Seriously the customer service they provide is CRAP. When I first got my Juul I lost the charger so I ordered a new one and ended up finding it the next day. So I went to cancel it mind you I paid for The next day shipping which was 22$ in and of itself then I come to find out you cant cancel an order after 45mins of placing one... WHAT THE HELL kinda policy is that. Like seriously who knows they need to cancel something 45 mins after you place it I normally dont until the next day. Ugh. And to top it all off that next day shipping I paid for went to their pockets bc I didnt get the damn thing until 2 weeks later. And like two days ago I seen this new promotion where if you get the auto ship for pods youll get the new Juul silver for no additional charge... nope it costed me 65$ for the stupid silver Juul and pods. I wouldnt have done it if I knew it was gunna cost me and my last problem with them was like 4 months ago so I forgot about how $#*!ty they were so I went to cancel it today and Im $#*!ed. All I can do is email them too like there is NO number for them ANYWHERE on their website and the one you do find they never answer and it always says Im outside of business hours. Customer service isnt that hard to be good at but Juul monumentallly screws up at it.
This company should be ashamed of the kind of customer service they provide. I am sick of them. I wish them to get smart fast and upgrade their standards of CS or close shop. Fech
I purchased a JUUL and loved it at first. Within 3 weeks, it stopped working. I registered the item and contacted customer service, and received a prompt replacement. Less than a month later, the replacement stopped working. This would be a great product if it was designed to last longer than a month. Unfortunately, it's not.
My Juul stopped producing vapor and every pod was leaking when I took a draw on it. I contacted customer support and chatted with a representative Carla F from Juul.com. They said my Juul was replaced already and it never was! There customer service is horrible. I would give no stars to this company. Try another vapor device dont buy any Juuls in the future.
I have purchased several Juul device all for them to all fail with in the first year. The first one they replaced no problem. The second Juul I purchased on 3/1/2018 broke as well no matter how hard you pull or use a different POD no smoke comes out. I email their customer support and they give me some BS about I need to ship the device back wait 3-5 days which will really be 10 and I can purchase a new device... What the Hell! I am so done with this company I don'; t know what to do at this point I give them no rating in customer and their product though good doses not work very long and you will spend more money on PODS then cigarettes so I say what the $#*! is the point when they won't even replace a device that just quit working in 3 months..
Received first Juul as gift from my son. Out of the box so no warranty info.... It broke. After 5 days they responded to my requests with their blah blah. Have you tried waiting 5 days for a smoke, fellow smokers?! No replacement from the company of course. I gave them the benefit and tried again. Trying to register the 3rd one just now. Website won't accept the device ID. What next? I will not be finding out. Terrible. Just terrible.
The customer service is a nasty experience. I uploaded my ID and they would not except it. My passport was not good enough. Why? Because it was expired. Well, that shouldn't matter. I wanted to buy a Juul and pods. I wasn't trying to go to another Country. I will 66 years old soon. Other sites ask are you over 21? Click yes and can buy a Vale and ejuice. I ended up with Smoke Fit Kit. It was $15.00 and the ejuice was cheap. I tell you, I think Juupvapor is collecting IDs. Not a real business.
I am, or was, new to JUUL. Moving on. Solely because the customer service is horrific. I have been lied to and made fun of. Bye bye Juul and world's worst customer service rep VIN.
This electronic cigarette is very poorly designed and annoying to use. It is rectangular in shape; apparently designed to feel comfortable in an alien's mouth. The electrical contacts for both the charging and vaping are poorly designed and therefore require constant attention for both cleanliness and position. As a result the vapor flow is very eratic ranging from no or little vapor to adequate vapor to a mouthfull of liquid caused by drawing a little too forcefully... YUK. Adding insult to injury their phone customer service is terrible. By using Filipino operators the customer is assisted by someone who has good basic english skills but is totally unable to understand anything but simple concepts and sentences. Take a look at eSTICK.
A buddy of mine uses their product and I tried it, thought it was great and went online directly to fill out an order. Filled out first order, did the whole age verification thing and was accepted, placed the order (my card was debited immediately) four days later wondering about my order I logged on to find the order had been cancelled. No notification, no email no nothing, just cancelled. Said ok, maybe I tried gain, inputted the order, did the whole age and identity verification thing again (and it was accepted), placed the order (card immediately debited again), lo and behold 5 days later, this order was cancelled also with no notification. Was annoyed at this point, went round in circles on the customer "service" portion of the website, eventually gave up and submitted a query and complaint via their twitter. Got a reply, but then the proverbial started flying. Got a series of increasingly fantastical excuses, first saying there was a problem with the payment (not according to my bank), next excuse was I didn't verify my age and identity (unless the Federal Government is handing out fake id's, again I don't think so) and the last excuse was "oh we don't think you are actually in the country", (again a US bank card, a US billing and delivery address and a Federal Government ID, total hogwash) Pointed out all of this was told a customer"service" rep would contact me. A month down the road and nothing was heard from Juul again. In the meantime went with one of their competitors, who despite getting lashed by a hurricane managed to get the whole order done in 9 days. Will never use Juul or recommend their product to anyone ever.
I purchased a JUUL directly from their website. After payement was accepted, it then asked me to verify my age. I am of the legal age to purchase this product, but my age couldn't be verified. My order was supposed to be canceled and I was supposed to be refunded within 72 hours. It has been two weeks and not a single penny has been returned. I emailed customer service and they were supposed to get back to me in 48 hours. It's been a week. Why can't you just cancel the order directly from the website?
Answer: If you bought it from the JUUL website you might have a good chance of getting a refund. However, if you bought it from my gas station, smoke shop, etc... I don't think that you can. Unless you message the juul company themselves

Answer: Using Juul they r a horrible vape product and u will lose a lot of money like I did if u continue personally I switched to a regular juul mod and tank and buy bottles of juice best way to go promise
