I just got a Juul device with charging dock and a 4 pod starter kit. The device is not charging at all. The indicator light is not even showing.

Can I get my money back? I do not like the product and it it seems vastly inferior to the vype product I switched from.
Why are all the new pods such pieces of shit? Done with this product!
I would like to know how you are supposed to read serial number. I took a picture of it and zoomed in but still can't read it.
my pods keep leaking. I've wasted so many of them already. I contacted customer service and they seem to avoid the issue and don't bother helping.
