Can I get my money back? I do not like the product and it it seems vastly inferior to the vype product I switched from.

Answer:
If you bought it from the JUUL website you might have a good chance of getting a refund. However, if you bought it from my gas station, smoke shop, etc... I don't think that you can. Unless you message the juul company themselves

Why are all the new pods such pieces of shit? Done with this product!

I just got a Juul device with charging dock and a 4 pod starter kit. The device is not charging at all. The indicator light is not even showing.

I would like to know how you are supposed to read serial number. I took a picture of it and zoomed in but still can't read it.

Answer:
Get better eyes... I can read mine from desk to chair.

my juul will not keep a charge, brang it back to the store, they said the company rep. would be there at 12 the next day, they called and said nope

I bought a Juul this wk with Virginia tobacco pods. There is no taste but I do get vapor. What am I doing wrong?

Answer:
Using Juul they r a horrible vape product and u will lose a lot of money like I did if u continue personally I switched to a regular juul mod and tank and buy bottles of juice best way to go promise
