I would have rated the experience a 5 all around if it would subtotal estimate when your shopping different arrangements. It would have saved me some time.

Considering I didn't know what I was doing as a first-timer, I'm quite pleased with the way it came through, although I was a bit sticker-shocked! Thanks!

The flowers were for my sister who was in the hospital. They arrived when they were supposed to and looked exactly like the picture I ordered from. Really pretty. I was very satisfied.

As far as knowing how nice the product was its hard to give a review for that as I don't send flowers to myself... it went to someone else & as far as their input it seemed ok

Sadly not a good experience. Ordered in enough time, flowers did not come on time, when they did arrive the vase was cracked and flowers were not up to par.

The container was not the quality that was shown in the picture and when i received my credit card statement the price was higher than quoted. I will probably use a local flower shop in the future

I had made a note that my name should not be included in the bouquet, which was not removed.

I had ordered pink lilies, however, there were red roses in the bouquet.

The order was delivered within the requested timeframe to an out of state address. The recipient indicated the arrangement was lovely and that the flowers were fresh...some lasted up to 10 days.

I got the chat window for assistance. But it did nothing when I asked a question and hit send. Four different times I was asked for help that it did not respond.

It was easy to order the flower and the price/ value is great! I had the flowers shipped to a "rural" area without problems. All the other flower online riding ships would not order to that area!

This is was the first time I purchased flowers from you. My daughter loved her Birthday Flowers. Thank you for helping me make this a special day for her.

I don't understand the need to choose from three different price categories, once you have decided what you want to order, and the given price quoted by the image?

You should not accept an order if you can not deliver the item on the date requested.

My delivery was for Saturday and it was actually delivered on Monday.

The flowers were left outside the door and not with the neighbor's as I had requested.

Always beautiful and on time delivery. However, they did not look like the bouquet I saw online and also ordered premium and did not look much different then the original order. I was disappointed.

I was interrupted twice while trying to order, very frustrating. I said I didn't need help at the first interruption. I was moving slowly, but was talking to my husband during the ordering process.
