The flowers were for my sister who was in the hospital. They arrived when they were supposed to and looked exactly like the picture I ordered from. Really pretty. I was very satisfied.

I DID NOT THINK I HAD REC EIVED THE DISCOUNT. THESE FLOWERS WERE OVER PRICED FOR ME BECAUSE OF THE HUGHE EXCHANGE RATE WE CANADIANS PAY. PROBABLY RE-THINK PURCHASING FLOWERS UNTIL RATE IMPROVES. THANKS, EDNA MACKENZIE

Sadly not a good experience

Sadly not a good experience. Ordered in enough time, flowers did not come on time, when they did arrive the vase was cracked and flowers were not up to par.

The container was not the quality that was shown in the picture and when i received my credit card statement the price was higher than quoted. I will probably use a local flower shop in the future

I had made a note that my name should not be included in the bouquet, which was not removed.

I had ordered pink lilies, however, there were red roses in the bouquet.

The order was delivered within the requested timeframe to an out of state address. The recipient indicated the arrangement was lovely and that the flowers were fresh...some lasted up to 10 days.

It was easy to order the flower and the price/ value is great! I had the flowers shipped to a "rural" area without problems. All the other flower online riding ships would not order to that area!

You should not accept an order if you can not deliver the item on the date requested.

My delivery was for Saturday and it was actually delivered on Monday.

Always beautiful and on time delivery. However, they did not look like the bouquet I saw online and also ordered premium and did not look much different then the original order. I was disappointed.
