I would have rated the experience a 5 all around if it would subtotal estimate when your shopping different arrangements. It would have saved me some time.

The flowers were for my sister who was in the hospital. They arrived when they were supposed to and looked exactly like the picture I ordered from. Really pretty. I was very satisfied.

Sadly not a good experience. Ordered in enough time, flowers did not come on time, when they did arrive the vase was cracked and flowers were not up to par.
The container was not the quality that was shown in the picture and when i received my credit card statement the price was higher than quoted. I will probably use a local flower shop in the future

It was easy to order the flower and the price/ value is great! I had the flowers shipped to a "rural" area without problems. All the other flower online riding ships would not order to that area!

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
