Flowers arrived late and they weren't what I expected. The flower only lasted a couple days and did not come with the package of flower food as usually used to make the flowers las longer

Disappointed with delivery. Next day took 3 days and price changed due to florist availability. Felt that I should have been told that next day wasn't available to the area when the order was placed.
The flowers arrived in time for my Aunt's birthday and they were beautiful. They were so fresh, they lasted for over a week. I'll definitely use Just Flowers the next time I need to send flowers.

My one disappointment was that the photo of the arrangement I selected had the inside of the vase lined with a broad leaf. The arrangement received did not have this enhancement.
All I can say is they were sent from me in IN to a friend in CA so all I can go by is that she didn't feel they were worth the cost. Sorry. I never saw them
Easy but expensive handling and delivery fee. Ikts totally different from how it looks like in the website. Its like a cheap flower from the shopping mall

Their service is the absolute WORST I have ever had from ANY company in ANY industry.
They did not send what I ordered. When I complained they assured me that all would be taken care of, not to worry, etc. That they would 'straighten things out" and either get me a refund or have the correct item sent to me. Needless to say, they never did anything...
These people use cut-rate florists in your local town. Just Flowers does NOT send you the bouquet. I my case, I placed an order on a Tuesday morning for a Friday night delivery--thereby giving them plenty of time to obtain the flowers I ordered. Shockingly, they apparently did NOT give my order to one of their cut rate associates until Friday afternoon.
The local florist told me directly that they were very sorry that they had to sen the wrong thing! But that they had no choice since JF did not give them my order until Fri afternoon for a Fri afternoon delivery. Local florist stated that IF they had received the order on Tues, Weds, Thurs or even Friday morning that they would have had time to obtain the correct flowers.
Local florist also told me directly that JF was NOT PAYING THEM ENOUGH TO SEND WHAT I HAD ORDERED & EVEN IF THE ORDER HAD ARRIVED EARLIER THEY STILL WOUD NOT NOT NOT HAVE DELIVERED WHAT I ORDERED AS THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM JF WAS NOT SUFFICIENT TO PAY WHAT THE FLOWER SHOP NEEDED TO PAY THE SUPPLIER FOR THE FLOWERS!
I am filing a fraud action with my charge card company & also contacting the attorney general's office in my state as well as the FTC.
These people should not be in business and apparently survive since the majority of their orders are paid for by one person at one address and sent to another person at another address. The recipient usually doesnt know what they should have received, etc...
Although the order was created as requested (and was beautiful) it was not delivered on time. I ordered early and asked for a delivery time of 1 pm. The order was not received until nearly 7:30 pm.
The website is easy to use. Please be certain, this year, that the arrangement is close to the picture on the site. Last year was a bit of a disappointment, and had to be re-delivered. Thank you.
We were informed by email that the flowers would probably be delivered the next day, but the florist got going and delivered them that same evening of the day ordered.
The flowers were delivered late but I believe it was beyond your control. The local florist was closed. The flowers were beautiful and we are very happy with the service.
The basket that was sent was very small for the price and did not have as much product in it as advertised. I will never order that basket again. It was embarrassing!

The arrangement sent was beautiful but not what was pictured on the website. I wanted an arrangement with tulips and the flowers that were delivered did not have tulips.
There should be a bigger selection of Orchid colors. Most florest will have them. That if the flower I send most oftem. Have never had anyone complain about the quality.
I have been very pleased with all the flowers that has been sent to patients families of the deceased. I have received great compliments from the families of how beautiful the flowers/plants are.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
