Paid for express delivery...delivery never happened until 6:00pm, never got my refund on shipping, will never recommend your company to anybody, very poor customer service, florist very shoddy

I only saw my order via Skype and I was disappointed in how few flowers were in the arrangement. Perhaps adding balloons was my mistake and I would have been more impressed without them?

I'm not sure why you charge a delivery fee and a service fee. Seems a little pricey! 10.99 plus the delivery fee is a lot of money. Other than the extra fee, I have been satisfied with your product.

I liked the product, and the delivery time but I do NOT LIKE THE EXCESSIVE EMAILS I am now receiving. This HAS to stop. Once in awhile is ok but I am getting at least 6 - 7 emails every week. Please stop this.
