I bought an arrangement for my sister, for her Birthday... and she didn't receive on time... 3 days late! She liked what she got, but not on time.

I have been ordering from "Just Flowers" for some years and have been very pleased with the quality of the plants and flowers that were received.
This has been extremely easy to order; just hoping the delivery goes as smoothly! THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME. After I called the second time, I was told they had too many deliveries on that day. Having been told they WOULD be delivered on the date requested, to have them show up THREE days later was not acceptable.
They substituted the flowers that I wanted in the bouquet with something else, so I really didn't see the finished product. Have to give you a D grade on that one.

I'm ordering again with Just Flowers because of how well the first order went. I received many compliments on the flowers that were delivered the last time!
I think for the price, the orchid could have had more flowers on it. Also, the note was hand written and had no florist envelope to identify where it came from.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
