Ordered was delivered on time but recipient was not happy with the order. Did not like the florist shop that delivered a "bush" like plant. Way to big. I will not order again unless you change florist shops.
All was good but couldn't figure out what to click to look for more items.
Pleased with many previous orders, but very disappointed with this transaction. Flowers were not delivered on requested delivery date, and a call to the recipient spoiled the intended surprise. Not inclined to recommend.

My order was for flowers sent to a relative who had just lost a son. They were very pleased with the arrangement; said it was beautiful. It arrived when I wanted it to, was easy to pick out something I wanted and the cost was reasonable. Thank you. I'll definitely try justflowers.com next time I need to send flowers.
It was wonderful to be able to see that the delivery for last minute orders have a 4 hour delivery option...I've had issues in the past with last minute orders and am hoping this goes through without any issues.

Never use this company! I have never dealt with such and unprofessional company in my career. Ordered flowers on a Tuesday for same day delivery, received an email Tuesday late saying there was a problem with the order but it will be delivered Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon got a call saying they are sorry but the order will be fulfilled that afternoon. Once again got an email late Wednesday night saying the order that we requested could not be filled we had to choose another arrangement. Called in to get a full refund and was placed on several hold for very long times and and after arguing with them for a refund they finally gave a refund now we have to watch for the refund. Took over 30 mins to make a simple refund. Plus no one you talk to can you understand.
Delivery was delayed for several days
Flowers were delivered ontime and recipient was thrilled with the flower basket arrangement.

Will never use your company again in fact I tell all of my friends not to use you and will keep telling them not to use you.
The flowers that my wife Received looked nothing like the display, didn't have the same amount of flowers and the greenery already was wilted. The flowers only lasted two or three days and that's the ones that actually opened.
I know you won't put this where your costumers can see it, but at least I get to vent one last time.

THANKS Unfortunately it took four extra days to deliver and after a couple of phone calls.
The arrangement was Georgious! Very pleased with the look and they lasted almost a full week.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.

Stormy Scharp, we are extremely sorry that your experience with us was any less than excellent. Please be advised that the recipient's delivery area can be quite problematic in expediting delivery. Our customer service supervisor offered to send the recipient a gift from an outside vendor with a $15.00 discount but you declined our offer. Again, we are so sorry this didn't work out.
