I was devastated when i saw the arrangement that i purchased for my mother's birthday. It was terrible & didn't even fill the basket. I never purchase unseen products, and thought i would go bold this time. Boy was that a mistake - for me, that was a lot of money to spend for such a lousy gift. I was extremely embarrassed.

Honestly, I'm not one to complain. But I spent an extra 10 dollars to upgrade and it really didnt look like anything was added. Looked pretty basic. I wasnt happy with the flowers. I have oredered from you guys before and it was pretty good. Just this last time I paid extra and I wasnt impressed.

An unsolicited telephone call from your company was made to my house, after the sale, requesting further business and citing the order that I had placed. The order was to have been kept a secret. I shall never again use your service, since, it appears, unsolicited inquiries are standard practice with you.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
