We were satisfied with the delivery time. Initially, the sight of our order was promising. Unfortunately, we were not able to properly take care of our bouquet and it died within 3 days. I e-mailed the flower shop where they were from, "Awesome Blossoms Designs" in Merritt Island. Hope they had at least open and read my e-mail review. I'm just getting a lot of automatic e-mail offers on flowers I don't plan to order anytime soon.

I sent an arrangement for delivery on 8/25 am and was assured that the delivery was going to be in the am. I called several times to check on the order status and became frustrated due to the non delivery in the morning as promised,the customer service attendant seemed apathetic. The arrangement arrived around 5-6pm. My older daughter sent me a picture of the flowers and they were not the same as what I requested. I spent $75 on this arrangement and it looked like something I could have bought at the grocery store flower dept for much less. I was very disappointed.
I would hesitate to send flowers with this service again.

Why did you wait 2 months before sending a survey?
So far its been fine I just want to see what arrives, Did not arrive when asked for came at the end of the day. This was a business vernisage I was not happy This is the 3 rd time using this service and 2 time it was screwed up. Will not use it again sorry.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
