Very Easy. As the recipient, my daughter, lives the other side of the world (Canada) and I live in the UK it was useful to use a company that delivers anywhere. Flowers (and teddy) were delivered in the time scale I requested and the recipient loved them. I also liked the fact they could be delivered to her workplace. Many Thanks. This was easy, hope the flowers are as good
I ordered and paid for red roses. Right before delivery, too late to find another store, they called and told me there weren't enough red roses and had to substitute with pink. I had no choice at that point. I won't be using them again.

I've ordered funeral flowers and they were beautiful--just as the picture. However, I feel mislead when I receive an offer for $10. Off my next order, but when placing it, THEN find out that the order has to be $50. Or more. I guess I missed the fine print! Or if there was none, there should be. Thanks for the opportunity for rating.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
