Recepient was not notified of delivery even though both home phone number and cell phone were provided. Recepient was not home the day of delivery. When she arrived home the next day half the flowers had perished due to temp. Drop. Just flowers would not send another arrangement or re-imburse me. They said the delivery person heard the TV on. It wasn't unless the critters were having a party! Had the recepient been notified of a delivery she would have asked a neighbor to bring in the flowers.
I was extremely impressed with the service I received, there was a problem with the delivery, which was totally my fault. Just Flowers contacted me early in the morning, to let me know there was a problem. They held the flowers for me and upon new instructions the flowers were delivered within the hour. Unlike FTD who I had previously ordered from, still not sure what the problem was, even after I emailed them and told them the flowers had not been delivered, they never did reply. Just put the payment back on my credit card. All I know is my Mother did not receive flowers on her 92nd Birthday: ( So from here on, it will be Just Flowers, I would recommend them with the confidence you won't be disappointed! Thanks Again for such wonderful service...

I placed my order weeks before the delivery dates I chose. I recieved several international calls that I was not expecting, checking up on who I was and confirming dates of delivery etc. This could have done by Email and not by International telephone calls to a woman who obviously was not speaking good english.
Then I found out one of my orders was not delivered on the specified date. Another phone call and then delayed delivery because they wanted me to contact them to ok a rearranged delivery time - Internationally!
The flowers arrived days after the event, and the surprise was lost. I will not use this flower service again.
I was pleased to find a store that would deliver at such short notice. My sister loved the flowers and was surprised that they were so fresh and beautiful. Thanks for making my sister's birthday a great one.
Order had to have substitutions and arrived not at the time I had requested.

My granddaughter is a student and they had trouble delivering the flowers to her home so they took them to her at school. It was wonderful they went to all that trouble to see she got her flowers on her birthday. Very satisfied with the service, the price and the product!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
