I have used this site before and have always had positive results. When the flowers that I had ordered for my Mom were delivered, there was no answer at the door. I was very pleased to have gotten a phone call from the delivery person so we could arrange to have the bouquet left in a safe place where my Mom would find it easily but it could not be seen from the street.
This makes it so easy to shop across country and the selection is Fantastic!

I was called with an issue providing the arrangement I had chosen. I was offered carnation and daisy substitution for much nicer flowers. I asked if an extra day for delivery would help resolve. I was told someone would get back to me. That's the last I heard from JustFlowers.
I next heard (next day, actual birthday vs day ahead as originally ordered) from the recipient that flowers had been delivered which she described similar to what I had chosen online. She was pleased and indicated they were high quality after my inquiry and explanation of why I even had to ask.
I can only surmise having an additional day made it possible to fulfill the order as placed. A little better communication would have been appreciated. I was left not knowing if or when flowers would be delivered.
The product was good but there was confusion on the delivery I paid extra to have morning delivery but this didn't happen when I phoned customer service about the issue they advised that morning delivery wasn't an option I was less than impressed that they could take money for a service they couldn't supply
Viewing and ordering was an easy and streamlined process.
I spoke with a manager and she assured me that all would be taken care of; however, it wasn't.
The flowers and vase that was suppose to be upgraded did NOT appear to be, though I sent a picture and was told the vase was upgraded yet it looked like a mason jar.
I have always ordered 1-800-flowers prior and I am changing back to them, even though I was told Justflowers is connected with them. I never had a problem with 1-800-flowers so I will continue to use them IF I ever order flowers again.
I was disappointed that I had to pay in US funds for flowers sent from a Canadian company! I didn't realize when I ordered that you were an American company. I will be more careful next time I place an order on line!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
