I've purchased flowers in the past and have had them sent to different states and never have had any issues. All the recipients have been very satified with the flowers - comments like wow they've beautiful, gorgeous etc...
Easy to use site, but later received messages about add on charges. Vendor claimed excessive miles to deliver, but is less than six miles from the vendor. Vedor flowers were brown, foliage had huge bites (bug eaten). Vendor claimed bugs ate the foliage after delivery, and were fine when delivered. Brown flowers and bug damage was noted immediately. Flowers were not delivered per instructions, but were dropped off at an elderly neighbors across the road. The neighbor was senile, and at first belived the flowers were hers. When my mother contacted the vendor, thay were surly and rude, hung up on her. This is the second time that I have used this service and this vendor, both times there were added fees after I paid on line, and the quality of the flowers was poor. I will never use this service or this vendor again, nor will I recommend either. Scaming billing, poor quality, unwilling to refund purchase price.

The order I carefully chose from the pictures - with pastel colored flowers - was NOTHING like the order that was delivered which were in garish, loud colors - very disappointing - also a very meagre number of flowers in the bowl. Why did I bother to spend time making a selection? I did not expect an exact replica, but more or less would have been quite acceptable. Also a $10.00 charge for delivery from the florist on the ground floor of the hospital to a ward upstairs in the same hospital seems to me to be exorbitant. Placing the order was easy and unproblematic but the outcome was really disappointing.

These were ordered as a gift.They were received in a timely manner. Although I did not see the actual flowers, the recipient was very pleased. Thanks for your great service. Remind me for next year. Til then I don't need any more emails from you.
I place two orders, one of which went well, the other didn't, there was a problem with finding a florist to take the order and then when they considered it, they wanted more delivery money on top of what I was being charged already.
Quick and easy and love the discount! I sent the flowers to my aunt for Christmas and she loved the flower arrangement. She also told me it lasted a very long time.

All my orders were for other people and have not seen the arrangements. However, all my friends have seemingly been thrilled with their floral gifts based on what they have shared with me.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
