Ordering and delivery went very smoothly with no problems. After seeing a photograph of the delivered arrangement I was slightly disappointed it was not as good as the web site shot, I felt the price was a little high for the quality of the finished product, had it looked the same as the web shots then I would have felt happier with the price.
This site was very easy to use.

First time ever disappointed. Travelled last week and forgot to order flowers. Signed on early saturday morning to order for my wife and the site said they would still be delivered not the 14th. They did not arrive till the 16th. Very disappointing. I would not have ordered them if I had known that.
So far the experience has been fine. I'll have a better idea of recommending the site once it is delivered.

Incredible that the order did not get there on the day requested. Plus there was no name on the card!
The recipient informed me that the plant delivered had red leaves with white spots on them. I ordered a RED poinsettia.
There was a problem with the payment which was made using an American Express card. Something to do with authorisation. No other company has had a problem with this card.
The person I sent them, to was thrilled with the person who delivered, and the fresh, gorgeous arrangement and the fact it arrived early in the day on Christmas Eve!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
